Long story short-windows we're left open a bit while water sprinklers were being fixed. I was on a lunch break and had to run a few errands needless to say not enough time for a detail. It's COVID so don't judge-I wore a mask. I hopped a ride with C across the street to Starbucks and walked over to HEB. HEB held my groceries until I could get back with my car. HEB also a big fan usually don't go to the Bee Cave location but they are a WIN for holding my stuff!! C picked me up from HEB when my car was done! My car was done in the time it took me to do all that- It rained the next day-BUT my interior SPARKLED AND SMELLED LIKE LEATHER!! *I am not sure the location will do this all the time-as a full disclosure and don't want to reveal the employees name! read more

After I specifically requested no tire shine assuming they'd botch the shine job and guess what they still put the tire shine on left my car sitting for an hour while I shopped then drove home to find my car looked worse then when I took it through the wash black spots everywhere that required a wet rag to get off so if you don't wanna detail your own car find a different shop read more

I've been coming here for a few years now. I have memberships for both my cars. The staff have been very friendly over the years. It recently has been purchased and new owners taken over. The staff have continued to be great. The one concern I have here is the towels they dry your car with and also the towels they provide for you if you'd like to dry your own car. I was continuously finding little pieces of sticks, leaves and even rock pebbles in their towels. Yes, my car has been scratched by this; however, I now just bring my own towels and dry my car myself and detail in one of the self service spots they have available. I would recommend this car wash, but I'd highly advise you bring your own drying towels. read more

I purchased the Goldstar package which said " Vacuum, dust and dress the interior". The exterior of my car was clean and the carpets were vacuumed (though not thoroughly). There was still dust on the interior surfaces and the seats did not look like they had been touched. I brought it to the attention of the attendant who met me at my car. He told me that they don't wipe down seats. That that was a detailing purchase. read more

My suv was dirty, and had grass trimmings all over the interior due to leaving the window cracked open when grass was cut. I visited Bee Cave location on a Thursday around 8AM with no wait time, and asked what they could do in about 30 minutes. The attendant said the viny detail would be good choice. They did and outside and inside for $80 and it looks terrific. It took about 40 minutes and they had up to 3 people working on the vehicle at different times. Very happy. read more

Beware!! Did a detail today and took forever, they're super busy and have no employees, I asked one of the guys he said he's the assistant, he said they're very short handed understaffed... Hire more people problem solved! Beware, even for a simple vacuum they were taking over 45 minutes!! Ridiculous!! Lucky to have this fabulous car wash so close. I go often and the people are always professional, so helpful and nice. My car is super clean w a great guy that even dries it extra for you. I have a short distance home and the car is perfect when I arrive. I mostly get the outside done but when I do get the inside cleaned, they do a great job. There are several new car wash locations that have popped up in the area this past year (two are closer to my home) and I have been so disappointed with the quality of wash I received at those new car washes. At the Wash Shop (I call it arbor car wash) , it is always a quality wash with air drying and hand drying. I also like the people that work there. My husband and I have been customers for 4 years. I love that you can get your oil changed, inspection sticker and interior detailed (highly recommend) there as well. Get the monthly plan and save money! read more

Something has changed here. I used to regularly get my car washed at this business. I went in yesterday because my family has been driving my car and they're all slobs lol. Anyway I drove up and picked the Ben's Special. I was a little surprised to see you basically now drive your own car thru a car wash ( where they used to have you wait in the lobby and did it for you ). The guy working asked if I wanted the interior cleaned. I was a little puzzled bc they always vacuumed and did your windows with your wash in the past. I said sure and he then added another $15 to my $13 car wash. I was taken aback but thought it might be worth getting the inside detailed. So after I drove myself thru the car wash I parked and waited outside while they cleaned the inside. I was incredibly disappointed after they finished the inside in 5 minutes and it was basically the same as in the past but only now I had paid an extra $15 Definitely not worth the $28 + tip. read more

I called to find out what time they close and was told they take their last interior detail at 5pm. I arrived at 4:30 and was told they were closed for the day. I drove 45 minutes away with two toddlers for this service. When I called to inform the front desk her response was it was slow so they closed. NEVER AGAIN. I've never wrote a review good or bad this long and wouldn't have if multiple people wouldn't have been RUDE (washer and manager) - that's where I draw the line. My experience was exactly like other negative reviews posted. Nice cashier - rude outdoor staff and manager who doesn't give a damn (guy in black shirt working entry line) and a car that my 5 yr old could have washed better and we would have had fun doing it. Paid $32.99 for the "Gold Star" - told it covers all exterior and interior and would take 45 minutes (Friday at 2PM). 1.5 hours later, then check my pics out. After I claimed my car and tipped (generously by the way...I can sympathize with working under brutal TX heat), I noticed lots of dirt on exterior & the back passenger seat like it wasn't touched. So I asked the bearded dude working the finishing line for a towel (expecting to do it myself and call it a day) until he gets all rude on me - that's when I said F'it - drive back to the entry and ask manager about it and he abruptly states they'd only cover that type of cleaning "with a detailing package" - really? Check out the pics. Well I won't be washing OR detailing any of my cars with you. You guys aren't the only game in the area. I have some mud on my car. You can see from the picture that it's concentrated in one section - same place on both sides. I came to this car wash and was actually thinking about the month membership! However, they told me my car was too dirty for their car wash. The guy told me to go pre-clean the mud somewhere else and then come back. Um, no thanks. Worst place to resolve any damage done to your vehicle by them they completely destroyed my aftermarket wheels after only 3 days of having them installed. It doesn't matter how much evidence you have they will deny deny deny. In case you're wondering my vehicle is a 2023 f150 and I have spent over $2,000 on obtaining and getting these wheels installed. Exceedingly poor job start to finish from a group of employees who obviously just don't care. Cashier was very nice but everyone else gets an F. They have a mechanical car wash, not touch less. I have not seen a spinning contact car wash in years. I wouldn't be back for this reason alone. I go to pick up my car and it looked horrible. Bugs in the front of it, all the wheels were covered in break dust, trunk very poorly vacuumed out and interior wasn't done at all. Check out my pictures. I made the mistake of handing the guy my standard $5 tip when I walked up to get my car. I should have asked for it back. I had him redo the wheels which he did, but still water on the car, door jams, wet, etc. I called the manager on duty and he wasn't very helpful so I told him to look for my yelp review. He then said that he could fix any of these things. Why wasn't he out checking cars when they are finished? This place use to be amazing but has recently been sold and not the same at all. They got rid of all their sweet hard working guys that had been there forever and it's a joke now. So frustrating because we live close to Arbor (Suds). Now we have to find another place! Been here 4 times before with descent results. Asked for packages today, as I was the first one there this AM and I was more concerned about vacuum and trim, was told the Gold Star was a way to go. My interior wasn't even vacuumed, floor mats weren't removed, will never go here again. As far as I am concerned, there are no good car washes in Bee Cave/Lakeway. Better off going to the coin car wash and doing it myself. read more
