Lack of communication was EXTREMELY poor and they charged us over $2,000 to install a transmission. They knew we were desperate and needed to leave the area. The lady working in the office left us hanging and then when we did get a hold of her she acted like she cared .... Ha!!! They ripped us off by overcharging us and did a piss poor job of mounting the hardware and wires (which we didn't find out until months later FRANKS TRUCK & AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR IS A RIPOFF!!!! And should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of someone in desperate need. Don't waste your money on this business as they are NOT honest nor trustworthy.

They're great about getting us in quickly and figuring out what the issue is. They give accurate estimates on how much it will cost ahead of time so you aren't surprised when it's time to pay. Prices are reasonable for parts and labor, and they do excellent work that holds up. Good work doesn't come cheap! I had a scary problem with my car a few weeks ago (it started shutting off in traffic when I pressed the brake). I had my insurance company tow my car to Expert Auto from Fredericksburg bc I don't trust anyone else to work on it. They found the problem right away and fixed it up good as new. I haven't had any problems with it since. We are very happy customers!

They didn't have the proper cleaning supplies the staff needed to actually deliver a full service. You could tell everyone was rushing because it was getting busy, and the workers looked pretty inexperienced. One of them was openly complaining. I didn't see a manager anywhere--if there was one, they weren't managing. Customers were also struggling with the kiosk and figuring out how to line their cars up on the ramp and place the tires correctly. The employee working the entrance couldn't communicate clearly or get cars into the right position and had to pull another worker over to help. It's a Saturday, so of course it's packed--that's when everyone wants their car washed. This place just wasn't managed properly and didn't have the supplies needed for the full service they advertise. If you don't equip your employees, you shouldn't be offering it. Two out of five stars.
