Rude is the least of the concerns here...I went to eye to eye by referral of my Dr. Jamie Faught from Appleton Clinic in Eagle Id. My first appointment was with Dr. Jeff Graviet who gave me a written prescription on 4/28/22. I had it filled elsewhere. When I received my glasses I could not see out of them as the strength was way too strong and they made me dizzy. I went back to see Dr. Graviet he was on vacation for a couple weeks. I ended up seeing another Doctor in his office. I saw Dr. Jeffrey Schwers on 6/14/22. He was something else as he crossed his arms and legs and told me that I have the kind of eyes doctors don't like as they change daily. He had a name for it....WOW he was so rude to me and said where I had them filled was not up to their standards and after blaming me he started blaming them. He then did another test on my eyes and I received another prescription. Then I said your office staff check the glasses I came back with per the prescription and all was done right. He was angry and stormed out and said your new prescription will be at the front desk....another WOW with his behavior! So blaming others was not nice as they did as the prescription said. I had he's prescription filled and could not see up close, but distance was ok this time. I went back a 3rd time to see the original eye doctor Jeffrey Schwers on 6/30/22 only to hear him say they weren't filled correctly. He made me feel like something was wrong with me....Another WOW of how they treat their customers even after their office staff check out this prescription in this 2nd pair and said they were correct! So he rechecked my eyes again and gave another prescription and I had it filled with just the same problem as the second pair. I called his office and left a message to call me back he never did! I contacted my Doctor Jamie Faucht at Appleton and explained I have been trying to get some new glasses for almost 3 mos. and all that had transpired with this Eye to Eye and asking for my $158.00 back so I could go somewhere else. She contacted them only to be told no that the $158.00 was only for the office visit, they would not return my payment that ended up for nothing but wasting my time! I have the photo's of the prescriptions they wrote me that they were unable to get them right. I'm 64yrs old and have prescription glass for many years and have never experience the rudeness of these Doctors and their ability not to figure out why their prescription will not work! I trusted them and it was just a nightmare. BEWARE of eye to eye! This started on 4/28/22 it's now 9/22/22 still have my old scratched glasses. I just want my $158.00 returned. read more

My family has been seeing Dr. Hall for the better part of a decade (maybe longer?), and we would highly recommend to anyone in need of eye care. Extremely professional staff and the most thorough eye exams I have ever had. Dr. Hall does an amazing job of explaining things in a way that everyone can understand, and he is amazing at working with kids as well. Those reviewers who criticized this practice are crazy, but there are always a few people who simply can't be pleased! read more

I went in to eye to eye in a bit of an emergency situation. I had gotten a raw metal sliver in my eye. The receptionist was quick to get me in, doctor and nurses were very kind and helpful, got me rite in and removed the metal in no time at all. Awesome service from all aspects. The single worst experience that someone can have. It has taken 4 visits to get the correct prescription for contacts. Literally the most rude staff and doctor. I have literally never met a worse medical professional. I guess we should have read the other reviewers. Our experience was very, very similar. He pushed dailies on my wife. One of the daily lenses tore and she had a piece of it stuck in her eye for two hours. We thought we would have to go to the emergency room because we couldn't get it out and it was extremely painful for her. No apology from Dr. Schwer. He just keeps on pushin' the dailies and still try to bully her into stopping using the lenses that have worked for her for more than a decade. read more

I had the EXACT same experience!!! I'm new here and came by Dr Schwers by suggestion of a stranger. I should've known better!! He went so far as to tell me the 2 week lenses I'm using now are like putting on dirty underwear everyday!! So he's pushing daily lenses that are Astronomical with my astigmatism! Also, same experience with the expensive picture and now pushing out of pocket eye scans.. This is Ridiculous. On top of that the costs of contacts and frames+lenses is about 30% higher than what I'm accustomed to. I know that doctors get kickbacks by pushing specific pharmaceuticals and companies during promotions.. But this is so out of hand. It most definitely feels like these are motivations driven by greed. read more

The Dr. is great but the staff needs to be trained in basic customer service skills. I will be going elsewhere going forward there are too many choices out there to have to put up with poor service. Very rude and pester you repeatedly to make an appointment then when you try they refuse to schedule for weeks - and rudely at that! read more

I have gone to Eye to Eye for about 7 years. I love the staff. They are friendly and very helpful. Dr Hall has equally bad eyesight as I do so he understands my needs and what works best for me. I totally trust him. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I will never return to this place. The staff was not very helpful nor informative. One girl had a COLD and had the nerve to touch the glasses and then give then to me to try on! Dr. was okay...not very keen on teaching anything....and again, the staff was poorly trained to explain HOW TO CHOOSE GLASSES! THE LOCATION I'M TALKING ABOUT IN STAR, IDAHO. Dr. Hall and the office staff were friendly and professional during the visit. But when I got the bill, they had billed me for a medical visit instead of a vision exam. When I called about the bill, Megan and Pam were not interested in my concerns. Instead, they tried to defend their billing errors and justify billing patients for services they did not request. When I mentioned I was going to find a new eye doctor, they said, "That's fine." If you choose to visit Eye 2 Eye, make sure you bring medical billing codes with you so they don't mess it up. read more

My daughter was seen there and Dr insisted she must have special contacts due to astigmatism,they were 4 times more expensive than kind she was already using,asked if it was absolutely necessary and he said yes,he also took pics instead of option that was covered by my insurance and added on bill to my surprise when we went to pay,argued with us and said I authorized which I did not,have since seen another Dr and he said her condition was exaggerated and special contacts not necessary,very expensive and can not be trusted,if on a budget do not go here,motivated by greed... read more
