I asked if they call, text, or email and the front desk receptionist guy said they text. Once they asked for my name to search me up, they confirmed my phone number and it was incorrect. Not even an apology from the guy and he just handed me my glasses. I wore my glasses and the prescription feels off. From my last eye glasses, everything magnified/was clearer but wearing these new ones didn't make that much of a difference without my glasses. I didn't bother to let them know as I was already irritated and decided to take my business elsewhere.

I am so happy I choose this place as the care I received was above the bar. Parking is also very spacious as there are multiple businesses in this plaza. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by the receptionist, who was very friendly and promptly assisted me. The wait time was short and they were ready for me as soon as I finished the new client paperwork. When it came time to see the doctor, she took her time, treated me very kindly, and above all I felt comfortable during the whole process. This is sooo important and made me feel great. She provided 4 different contacts known for dealing with dry eyes and let me try all 4 in the span of two weeks. During my follow-up, she asked me to describe all 4 contacts (how they felt, did my eyes dry out during the day, which was least comfortable, etc.) and took notes on them. No problems with my insurance - ever. The eye professionals seem to be top notch. They run through the regimen of tests efficiently. The doctor listens carefully to any concerns I have and explains everything quite thoroughly. Contacts are ordered promptly if not in stock and usually arrive within a few days. They are either delivered to my home or the clinic for easy pick-up. Here is my favorite part - I can get in and out in no time. Seriously. It is SO EFFICIENT.
