I can only talk yo their customer service and their customer service would say that someone from the clinic/office would call me within 72 hours to get me an appointment, no one would call. I tried calling multiple times. 12/01/23, 12/27/23 and another one in Janury with no luck.

Two years ago, I got only my right eye treated because that was all I needed. They said, "Sure, just do one eye and come back when you want to get the other eye treated." Recently, I scheduled a consultation through their website for my other eye. Without even speaking with me (they left a voicemail), they canceled the consultation appointment and sent me a link to their "retreatment" web page, assuming I wanted to have my right eye retreated. I was told by the national call center that I would have to schedule an extensive (and expensive) appointment with my own eye doctor, who would have to fill out some form, I would have to pay LVI $99, and then I'd wait *8 weeks* for them to review my documentation to decide if I was "eligible" for a retreatment. Never mind that that's not even what I wanted. The guy I spoke with at the call center said I couldn't have a consultation for surgery on my untreated eye unless I went through the whole retreatment review first. What a crock! The moral of the story is, if they tell you that you can do one eye and then come back later if/when you want to do the second eye, don't believe them. Get both eyes treated at the same time, or go somewhere else.

I've been…read morehaving some issues with my contact lenses, and decided to find a non-commercial optometrist to take a look at them. I called and made an appointment with Dr. Gary Pence, who was actually very helpful and didn't push anything on me I didn't want or need. He made helpful recommendations for future contacts and helped me make an order for some new soft contacts lenses. He took the time during the fitting to teach me how to put them in and take them off, then made sure they fit properly, as well as ensure that these new contacts fix any of my prior problems. After my first appointment, Dr. Pence provided me with plenty of samples for 7 days supply of daily soft contact lenses. During my follow up, he made some adjustments before providing me with a few more samples to tide me over until my official 3 months order were delivered. I came back in a few days to pick up the order. My only complaint was how expensive my contacts were. I'm sure it cost way more than daily contact lenses I could find anywhere else. Even so, I decided if the contacts didn't work out, he would help me more with finding new lenses if I ordered through his office. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience with Dr. Pence at Georgia Optometry Group. Dr. Pence is very experienced and has seen many situations, so is very good for when troubleshooting current problems. While it seems sketch because it's located in the Kroger shopping plaza, it's anything but shady - rather, I may prefer it to the fancy building optometrist offices.

Because of the transition to the new company, there was some doubt as to whether this would be covered. The current optician (unfortunately, I don't have her name) really went to bat for us. It took several weeks for resolution, but she called me to keep me up to date regarding status and kept the issue alive with her management. In the end, my daughter got a replacement frame. Many thanks!

One patient I heard complaining about the wait was told by staff that "you need to be patient, the doctors are very busy". Well then, stop over-scheduling them! I book 7:30 - 8 AM appointments so I don't have to wait, but there will be 15 people already waiting at 7:30 AM. Avoid if you actually have anything else to do that day. I drove all the way in and got it and delivered it to the business making my sunglasses. It turns out it was the prescription for work station glasses. 3) Impossible to get any customer care -- I have called five times this morning trying to figure out how to speak to a person. You can't even get connected to the actual office -- only the main multi-office number. They need to do better.
