    This is my second year coming here! I absolutely love the Dr., as everyone else has stated she is so thorough, very informative but most importantly obviously passionate about her job! She is especially sweet! I have loved, loved, loved!!! both the frames I have picked from here! I would like to add that on my first visit I used a groupon & I see that most the negative reviews relate to this.. you must read carefully what you are buying off Groupon! It's not a freebie! Yes you still have to pay a substantial amount.. but it is cheaper than its coming straight out if pocket.

I paid the annual fee to receive "free" shipping. I should have learned something when they told me NO returns when I ordered something by mistake, but I didn't! So when I ordered cleaning cloths labeled as ultra absorbent that upon arrival were thinner than a tissue paper, I should not have been surprised as the result. After several exchange emails, they actually said they could be returned at MY expense. So much for my "free" shipping. It would have cost me $25 to return a $12 item because I don't have their rate. Forget that! I canceled my subscription and for $12. MorningSave has waved goodbye to a very frequent customer. The deals are rarely special. Multiple times, I would check out Amazon and would get a BETTER buy there than for the "closeout" or "clearance" being offered. Thank you MorningSave for your lack of customer service as it will save me a lot of $$$ going forward!!!

My…read moreissue is with a fitting room policy that makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. I walked into the fitting room area with three shirts. The employee counted them which is completely reasonable. Then I was told I could not enter because they were not on hangers. I explained that I picked them up from the sales floor without hangers and asked for three hangers. They gave them to me but then told me I still had to place every shirt back onto the rack outside the fitting room before I could go in. So I had to hang the shirts on the rack outside the dressing room just so I could walk inside and immediately remove them again. There was no purpose to it other than creating extra work and slowing the process down. As I was leaving I watched another customer get stopped because she had not rehung her clothing before exiting. Customers are now expected to do work that fitting room attendants have always handled. Retail stores are competing with online shopping where convenience is everything. Policies like this make the in store experience slower more frustrating and less enjoyable. I hope someone at the corporate level reevaluates whether this policy is actually helping anyone because from a customer's perspective it only creates unnecessary inconvenience.

My glasses were broken so I was appreciative of the larger font they used for the paperwork. The doctor was Anderson I think. He was efficient and answered all my questions well. I am testing multi focal lenses. I don't know if he got it right or not yet because I use a computer at work. He provided me 2 lenses to try on one eye so we will see. Only good things to say for this. For the glasses side, they price match but you will need to in order to get best price. For the lenses they charge a little over $100 additional for a years supply than I can get locally. Drop a star because the difference is so much. They have a good selection of frames and do all the standard stuff. They do send to a lab I believe but they didn't have frames I wanted so I cannot comment more. I do not know how those prices compare. Highly recommend the exam here from experience so far.

If I was only rating Dr. Ly, my review would have 5 stars. I struggle with having people and objects close to my face, so going to the eye doctor is stressful for me. The first part of my appointment was with a technician who led me through the tests. Everything was fine until she was taking my eye pressure with a tool that blew little puffs of air into my eye. She measured each eye and then went back to my right eye and blew three rapid succession puffs into my eye. I pulled back and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked out of the room. I don't remember her name, if she even gave it to me, but I sincerely hope I don't ever have her as a technician again. I feel she was extremely unprofessional and uncaring.
