I do not recall who I saw at my first visit, but (it was either Dawson or Helene), but she was the consummate professional, The salon is meticulously clean, they stay on schedule, I've never had to wait, their points/reward system is generous, they do not 'push' product, and their fees are incredibly reasonable. As you age you lose hormones as a woman and hair removal services are your best friend unless you want to turn into a man. I went for a Brazilian this past weekend with Tausha and she was friendly and knowledgeable about waxing and aftercare. Waxing is a challenge and unless you get into some serious yoga positions, you can sometimes miss cracks and crevices during the service. I spoke to one of the receptionists who kindly slid me in this evening to correct this. Starsha was so warm, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge on waxing. I felt so comfortable on her table. I definitely did some unique yoga poses this trip. She left no hair behind !!!!!!! I also had an upper lip wax which I was long overdue for.
