I must say this is a must must must go to!i wanna start off by saying how beautiful and chic the look was ! It's giving you the New York style and feel but in Jersey City! I gotta start off by saying I called to book an appointment because everyone is talking about how good they are with there lashes, so I had to see what the whole fuss was about! Omg! I'm super super super happy with my results!!!!! First off let me just say how sweet those girls are they are amazing omg! First off the costumer service is impeccable! From the moment they greet you it's amazing they make sure you are comfortable from the start! I really like how they take there time to explain everything and the difference of the styles and lashes! Now I move on to the set up is so cute and intimate they lay you down comfortably you get this great mask for for lips not sure what it is but I loved it! They put my legs up omg the whole ambience is just a great feel! Needless to say I feel asleep woke up about an 1:15 min later and my lashes were done! So there pretty fast cause lashes can take about 2 hours min! There prices are super reasonable not like some of these place they say $60 and all you get is 40 lashes what am I'm doing with that I love me some lashes they gave me a full set of lashes but nice and long and super full for $125 not complaining! They did an amazing job! The owner was So sweet! She and I believe Gabby and Sasha are a great time love these girls! I found my new spot good bye NY hello eye candy lash bar! Happy client! I don't usually write reviews but I just wanted to take the time to support all the wonderful staff here at Eye Candy Lash Bar. So last Friday I was in the area and happened to see that a new shop opened on Central ave, which happened to be Eye Candy Lash Bar written in Pink! I immediately wanted to stop in and check it out so I found the nearest parking and made my way in. As I walked I was immediately welcomed & greeted by the receptionist. I was also taken back by how beautiful and chic this place is! I had so many questions and I was answered in full details about each and every service they had to offer. I wanted to book a lash appointment right away but they only book by appointment unless there is an opening, which I totally understood so I booked an appointment for the next day. Saturday- I made my way into Eye Candy for my 10am appointment and I was immediately greeted by their friendly staff, they offered me something to drink and also offered a yummy pastry. As soon as I finished eating I was brought over to a bed where I had a consultation about my lashes and was also offered a lip mask that makes your lips moist as you lay there. I was also given a blanket! I felt so comfortable and peaceful during my full set I literally fell asleep lol. It took about a hour and forty-five minutes, l was out on time before I had to go to work which was great. I am so happy with my lashes she exceeded my expectations. I have been doing my lashes in the city (New York) for over 3 yrs only to find out that they have been putting lashes on that were too heavy for natural growth. That is why my lashes never grew out under my extensions! Well being a woman with 50+ yr eyes you can only imagine how important it is to still have some natural growth.......just because! I have to say ladies, this was one of the most fulfilling and knowledgeable visits to an eyelash salon I ever had. Sandra will be my extension goddess forever! Not only did I learn more about eyelashes than I ever have, but I felt like I was at my "girl's" house getting my eyes done. Most places are stuffy and you can't talk on your phone or even listen to your own music with your earbuds in! I went there yesterday very nervous but excited cause I always wanted to do the lash extensions and I can honestly say best customer service ever!! The receptionist was very friendly and very welcoming gave me great information and I ended up doing the 60 for 60 since it was my 1st time witch was done by the owner, she made me feel like I was a customer for years, made me feel so relaxed and comfortable she made conversation and when I asked how she did it all since she was the owner and she was gladly enough to share her story with me she also offered me champaign which I thought was a great touch since I was waiting for her to finish with a customer.The atmosphere was awesome everybody was conversing with each other and laughing it was beyond the best customer service ever and the owner always leaves her customer looking right...leaving everyone walking out with a smile, beautiful, and satisfied thank you so much they got me..will most definitely go back.... This is my first time ever getting my eyelashes done and woah am I happy. I am very upset at myself because I didn't get the name of the woman that helped me however she was amazing (she had short black hair) the process is pretty long but very relaxing. I was able to lay back, relax and stay away from my phone (finally!) since your eyes have to be closed the whole time. The woman that helped me knew exactly what she was doing and definitely offered some info on how to take care of my lashes. The only thing I would change is the conversation that were held while I was there. There seem to be some issues with staffing taking about services, prices, etc which really should only be discussed after the place is closed. It's a small an quiet spot so you can hear everything. I felt like I was almost intruding. I had some small talk with the person helping me and she was great. Overall a fantastic experience. The small work y'all happening while I was there would not discourage me. I will definitely be back to refill. read more

First let me say that the salon is beautiful and very clean. I had a facial done by Sandy. She was thorough, knowledgeable and professional while being quite friendly and warm. I left it up to her to decide what was the best choice for my skin type and issues. I am 62 years old and have paid top prices at top salons for facials in the past. This was the best service I've received. She did a combination of different procedures including extractions and diamond needle dermabrasion. In addition, she started with a face massage and ended with a wonderful neck and shoulder massage. I am thrilled with the results and have already booked my next facial. I also booked an appointment to get my brows done next week. I really wanted them done today but she told me my skin was too sensitive after my facial. Girls I loveeeeeee my lashes !!!! They are on fleek. Totally love this store, these ladies are very caring and sweet. New receptionist is awesome. I remember speaking to her on the phone and I'm a little difficult to speak too but she made me feel like their was no limit to patience. She was very calm and patient with me and always tried to find ways to satisfy my needs, that I really appreciate. As far as my lashes my tech was super amazing and entertaining to talk to. The only thing I had a small issue with, was the beds. They aren't so comfortable. On the other hand the store is very clean, and smells great. Bathroom is very clean; love the fact the bathroom is stocked with a lot of women necessities lol my favorite part. Definitely will be coming back for my fill in and this time I'll have my girlfriends come with. I just wish this store was in my town. You guys need to expand!!!!!! read more

I have been going to Eye Candy Lash Bar for almost a year for eyelash extensions as well as eyebrow tinting. I have to say it is such a fun environment and an escape from the real world. You are able to use this time to detox and communicate with other ladies who are too using this time as a getaway. The employees are the most professional and accommodating, not only do they make you look and feel gorgeous they also lend a listening ear and make you laugh. I think it is so important to be able to be in a setting where you are not only getting special treatment but are laughing the entire time. You are able to lay down and relax as well as rake your mind off of things by listening to everyone's fun stories! I can't say enough about my experience at Eye Candy. From the first appointment, Sasha took me in as one of her own. It was my first time getting lashes, and she was so informative throughout the whole process. Every time I leave her chair, for weeks people BEG me to share my lash secrets, and I couldn't feel more beautiful and proud! The price point is extremely reasonable for the effort put in to individualizing lashes for each client. I also have to mention again how wonderful Sasha is. She is such a talented beautician, but also just a light of a human being. I look forward to my appointments just to get a chance to catch up with her. The time flies by! I just moved to Jersey City and am so happy that I discovered this gem of a salon. The staff here are all super welcoming and professional. I recently endured a terrible experience at another salon and was apprehensive about trying a new one to fix my lash extensions. During my consultation I was immediately offered a glass of champagne while I met with my lash technician Sasha. Not only was she super knowledgeable and friendly but she was also able to reassure me throughout the entire process. She did an amazing job and my lashes now look noticeably fuller but still natural. The owner of the salon was also incredibly nice and they are reasonably priced. As soon as I walked in to ask questions about eyelashes, I felt comfortable. The setup and the way the salon looked was so quaint and nice. I asked questions to the receptionist and she was very helpful and professional. I then made my appointment. When I went in for my appointment, I was immediately catered too. I filled out paperwork and Gabby asked if I wanted water. To say the least, my eyelashes came out beautiful. Had my eyebrows tinted with Sasha on dec 8, 2017 and they came out beautifully. I previously had it done in a very expensive spot in nyc and they were horrible, ended up removing it the same day when I got home. But Sasha will be my go to girl now. I also had my eyelash done for the first time and I am ecstatic about the result. I have so much compliments that it looks so natural.
