I really hate to give poor reviews. But it's been nearly a year and my lashes still aren't back to normal. I went here twice. For a full set and a fill. The first time I was 6 minutes late because of an unexpected detour. I gave him a heads up and apologized. He brought it up 4 different times. Also be prepared to have to keep your chin tucked the whole appointment. If you don't he will tell you you don't "have a neck" like he did to me. SOO RUDE! I have a neck actually...thanks! Nobody has ever needed me to do anything but just lay flat when getting my lashes done. He constantly moves your head around. Constantly! But the kicker is....despite all the head manipulation. Your lashes will still be a clumpy mess. The amount of glue is unreal. Puddles of glue on your skin at the base of the lashes. It's soooo uncomfortable. He also accused me of having a lash lift multiple times. I kept telling him no. But he kept saying I did. I understand I have curled lashed but that's how they are naturally and I don't have a reason to lie. Don't call me a liar. The first rime my lashes looked good for the first 4 days. The isolation of the lashes was bad my natural lashes were clumped together with multiple lashes with tons of glue. He will tell you you're crazy if you mention it. He claimed it was multiple extension on one natural lash. But you can clearly tell the difference between natural and fake lashes. The kicker. My fill was done with regular lashes instead of the mink like I got the first time. So they were mixed and just looked awful. He knew I was unhappy with them but didn't care. Save yourself and avoid this place at all cost! My eyelashes are just now growing back after all being ripped out from him using waaay too much glue. They couldn't be removed. I had discs of glue on my eyelid from it dripping onto my eye when he was doing them. I hate writing bad reviews and it has taken me 11 months to post it. But I know more people who have had bad experiences here and didn't post about it. I found out after it was too late. It was devastating to only have the lashes he didn't put an extension on! Thaaaaank god he does not get ALL the lashes! Was all I had left for a while! read more

I am so excited to have found such an amazing salon. Thank you Gabby and Jean Paulo! I'm so pleased with my lash extensions! But the extensions aren't the only reason I love this place it's also the customer service and overall experience! From the moment you walk in you're greeted so kindly and instantly feel like a VIP client. It makes the experience so much better knowing you're in the hands of someone who genuinely is passionate about what they do. The consultation was so thorough and made me feel confident we were both on the same page of my desired look. The outcome exceeded my expectations and I truly feel like I've found a place that really gets what I want. LONG and FULL just to my liking! The atmosphere is great and very private. Which is important to me, because being your eyes are closed the entire service it's easier to relax knowing there aren't too many people around. The water fountain and calm music made napping irresistible. Getting rest and waking up to amazing lashes seems like a win-win situation to me. P.S. take advantage of the Farmhouse Fresh samples on display... they smell amazing. I ended up buying THE BEST Agave Nectar body oil! Whenever I'm back in Washington to visit this is my number one/ first stop to visit. It makes getting ready while on vacation so much easier. Well today has been day 11 since I went and got a full set.....I texted him on day 9 letting him know that my right eyelashes are falling out and the left eye is way thicker and asked if he could fix it since it's only been 9 days. He called and left me a message and said they only guarantee the lashes for one week even though when I left after getting my lashes done the left eye was thicker then the right. My lashes are just a clumpy mess and now I have to go pay someone to wither Fix this mess or take them off. My daughter got hers done on the same day and same time as me and she was very disappointed with the results. She asked for full and long lashes and they were not long at all and 11 days later they are almost all gone. We pretty much just threw $300 in the garbage. read more

I really wanted this place to work as it started off as a good experience To start, I have been getting my lashes done consistently for a little over 3 years. Unfortunately the lady who did my lashes before had moved far away, and I actually moved from Kirkland to the Everett area - I was definitely looking for a new lash salon. I agree with the many of the other reviews regarding cleanliness and physical appearance of this establishment; however, my problem began days following my appointment. I started to notice fast shedding of my lashes. I would notice lashes on my shirts or sometimes feel them on my face. As I had quiet some experience getting my lashes done - this did not seem normal. I knew how to take care of lash extensions properly so I knew it wasn't due to bad home care. As more lashes fell out and the lashes became more sparse, the clear glue that he used became extremely visible. Huge clumps of glue along the my lashes contrasted with my black lashes because of the clear-ish color. Not only was this unattractive to look at, it was also extremely damaging to my real lashes. My lashes had been glued together in groups (3-7 of my real lashes) which is super damaging! This can cause lashes to be ripped out from the root, break off and leave areas with no lashes... I was so upset by this! Once most of the lashes fell off (roughly 14 days after my appointment) I went to a lash expert for them to remove the clumps of glue that were stuck in my natural lashes. She confirmed what I was worried about - my lashes were definitely damaged with breakage throughout my lash line. There were large gaps that had loss lashes - my natural lashes were now broken, short and definitely sparse. At this point I just want to educate everyone thinking about getting their lashes done here - be aware of how they are being installed so you don't put your natural lashes at risk. Definitely a disappointing situation - especially with no concern from technician when installation done. read more

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I am SOOOO happy I found this place. Jean-Paulo did a FANTASTIC job with very little to work with LOL!! The environment and their demeanor was so peaceful that I fell asleep and woke up with over 100% in lash length. My lashes look so natural and glamorous. Most fantastic Lash Salon ever! Both Jean-Paulo and Gabrielle are the most meticulous, Perfectionist lash technicians that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! Bar none! My lashes are not the most healthy, and are super light colored. When I did my initial consultation, they gave me factual information so that I could choose the option that would be best for both my lashes, as well as my pocketbook. I have the mink lashes as they are a lighter weight lash and will not cause any more trauma to my lashes - - applied about every three weeks. I have had comments and compliments of how real they look. No, I do not get the Kim Kardashian "glamorous" look. I just do not want to deal with mascara every day, and still want to look professional and put together. They have given their advice about products that will make my lashes healthier and still be able to wear lash Extensions. I cannot rave enough about this couple and their shop. They are very sanitary, with a soothing atmosphere, and Christian music to top it all off. They can usually get me in within a day or two if I forget to schedule ahead of time. I have been to shops that will pull up on my eyelids enough to break the seal and then get glue in my eyes, where the lashes fall off starting that day, or need to have a fill within a week or so, where the technician brings their child, and only works one or two days a week. Those shops charge almost the same amount. For a far superior product and application, professional technicians, calm and soothing atmosphere, I drive 75 miles and pay the $75 every three weeks! This is my second time coming for a lash perm. The first experience was amazing! The guy that did my lash perm did a great job! When I went in for the second time, I had Nina. During the procedure I told her my eyelids are burning really bad, I kept clenching my fist from the burn, she said she will take it off, which she didn't(she kept it longer for a couple minutes) Then I told her again it's burning really bad, to which she didn't do much either, taking her time. Also, she was pushing so hard on my eyelids, I taught my eyes will come out! Very uncomfortable experience! So, as an end result I have huge sores/burn on both of my eyelids! read more

I came here for a fill the day I was going on vacation, the Salon was relaxing and the gentleman doing the lashes was very personable and nice, at first my eye lashes seemed okay. After a few hours they started to have a constant pain in them and then I had my fiancé look at them with my eyes closed and he could see all the glue on my eye lashes. I had to try and remove them myself because my eyes were getting so puffy from the constant pulling from all my lashes being glued together. When I was finally able to get back into my regular salon she had to take all of the ones he put in out and just let my eyes rest for a few weeks because the majority of my lashes fell out... And to the owners that constantly comment back to any negative review says enough, they are not good at eyelash extensions and I should have listened to all the other negative reviews as I experienced the exact same thing with my eye lashes. I have been here three times, and honestly at first I loved this place.. he was extremely nice and welcoming.. it's comfortable... my lashes were nice for the first two weeks. Then they started to hurt ever movement even from the wind because one lash was clumped to 6 of my natural lashes everywhere.. OUCH.. i went back to my original salon EEOS to get a fill and they could not even work with my eyelashes so they took them off it took 2 1/2 hours to remove all the clumps of glue that were on my lashes! I went back today and they feel so much better. They felt so bad for me because I have nice thick lashes and when they did the removal I had barely any!! Please beware. It starts of great. You are greeted with a friendly face and made to feel comfortable. One week to date, I felt that I had found my new home for eyelash extensions, so it came as a great surprise when I called the owner to express concern of the amount of lashes that I was shedding daily. Within 3 days I started to notice lashes on my cheeks and shirt. Not to mention, lashes falling in my eye causing severe irritation. As a SEO and Social Media Marketing Manager, I spend a great deal of time staring at my computer screen. I have missed 2 days of work to date due to my inability to keep my eyes open. Hence, 450.00 lack of income. I was confused and blatantly shocked while speaking to the owner who showed zero remorse or accountability. Instead I was made to feel as if I purposely did something to lashes to cause it's shedding or as if I was attempting to pull a fast one on them. I was told several times that in their years of business I am the only one to ever complain (I find that extremely hard to believe) I have never felt so disrespected by a peer being a small business owner myself. The husband mocked me stating that I continuously go blah blah blah while giggling occasionally as if I was a joke. His solution was that I come in for them to retouch the lashes and pay them more money for their services. I feel that this is very inappropriate. It has only been a week. A touch up is typically 4 to 6 weeks. Why would anyone pay for services that they should NOT have to receive at this time? Also, why are they not considering my time? Most importantly, why are they not concerned about my personal well being as their client? My opinion is that they are greedy. Money is more important then their reputation and the well being and satisfaction of their client. To make a long story short. He stated that I was going in circles and laughing at me, followed by him hanging up in my face. As I stated to him, our conversation is being recorded. If you have a similar story please share it with me. Based off the reviews I have read that they did not pay for, it turns out that I am not the only one with complaint as the owner stated to me. I would love to get and hear the truth and expose this company as frauds. They may state as they have before with clients that they didn't provide service or that I was a difficult customer. I've been looking for a good lash salon for the longest time and I'm so glad my sister in law took me here. She knew that I'd feel really comfortable right away because the owners are Filipino and they've been doing her lashes for over 2 years now. Gabriella and Jean Paulo are the owners and they made me feel right at home the moment Brenda introduced me to them. They asked me questions about how sensitive my eyes were to certain things, if I wore contacts or glasses so they could find the perfect set of lashes, they really made an effort to get to know me and I easily connected with them. Gabriella set me up with a pair of the natural mink lashes and was done within 2 hours. She was gentle and really took her time to place each and every strand. You can tell that they're passionate about their business and really care about all of their customers. Jean Paulo gave me a warm welcome and sat down asked me everything I wanted out of the service. I got more than I asked for. I felt very relaxed during the actual service, almost fell asleep lol. Went to see a Amber at Indie Hair Society in Everett to fix my lashes that Jean-Paulo did. Took her an hour to remove them due to all the glue he used, it was over kill. He had glues 5 lashes to one lash.... Amber did an amazing job, as well as told me I wasn't the first person who had him do my lashes f'ed up. Thank you Amber for fixing my lashes. read more

I went to this place strictly based upon yelp reviews. I got my first eyelash extensions done in Utah, the Capitol of the eyelash extension world, at the end of February. I removed the Utah extensions too early and ripped out a bunch of my own eyelashes. I was in a panic to have them back and got an appointment here the same day I called, which I was so thankful for. I showed him a picture of my Utah extensions hoping to get similar, if not the same, results. The before and after pictures were impressive with my eyes closed and I was so thrilled to just have any eyelashes back I left a hefty tip. I followed the aftercare instructions to a t, but once I got home and really looked at my eyelashes when my eyes were open I was more and more disappointed. The left side had lashes pointing down, while the right side had lashes pointing up and began clumping in sections. I went in after around 9 or 10 days due to the clumping ready to get an entire full set again, but he offered to fix them for free, which was great. The fix did improve the clumping but my lashes were still pointing in every direction. I found out the specific type and curl of lashes I had in Utah and even showed him the actual lashes I had fished out of the garbage as a point of reference but he seemed almost angry at me pulling them out of the bag I had kept them in. Entirely frustrated, I made an appointment at another place. It took over 2 hours to fix the damage he had done to my lashes. Apparently my lashes had been glued to each other, which makes no sense but it was true. Although my lashes are thinner now due to the pulling out I had done originally, they are now on their way to being back to Utah form. I would never recommend to anyone to go here or go back to this place myself. I am giving one star for availability of getting in for an appointment the same day I needed to, for the explanation of the process itself, and handy aftercare instructions provided. Otherwise I would give this place zero stars. Either my experience was a freak incident or others who have rated it higher have just been luckier than I was. I'm not sure. read more

I regret not thinking to take a photo of my sty and making a copy of my eye drop prescription to present to you as evidence. I don't appreciate the defensive attitude and accusing me of providing false information. Went to have eyelashes tinted, what a mistake! I asked for Black color. I got one eyelash that barely looks tinted and the other looks like nothing was done. I asked if they could make it darker they said you didn't ask for it to be jet black. Come on really? You would think when someone says black they would give me options on the TWO DIFFERENT BLACKS AVAILABLE!!!!!!!! I am pretty sure that the customer is not responsible for knowing what colors they supply. Also while I was lying there, a domestic fight was going on. People shouting obscenities at each other. I went in to have my lashes done because I've always wanted big lashes. The experience was a pleasant one but my eyes became irritated that very night. I couldn't sleep at all one of my eyes was pinching and hurt. I went online to read more about lash extentions and read that if too much glue is applied that lashes can become glued together, and can tug on the other lashes and cause pain. It was clear to me that when I open my eyes you can't see the glue, but when you look at my eyes closed you can see lots of glue. Jean Paulo asked me to come in the very next day, after he tried to excuse that no lashes were poking me I asked for them to be removed. After paying $140 for them, $125+tip of $15, he had the audacity to charge me $25 bucks to remove them. I thought ok well he's doing a service why not. So then he started to remove them, it took a while as they were brand new. But another client who was a regular came in, so he rushed me out saying all I had was glue left and that me taking a shower would remove the glue. After I got home and inspected my lashes, I saw that he left lots of lashes still on and a ton of glue. I payed for a service and he didn't finish the job because I wasn't ever going to be a regular client or he just didn't care. After I text him telling him that what was a pleasant experience has now turned into a horrible experience. He asked me to come backup to Marysville, with no compensation what so ever. I live in Seattle central, its out of my way to take yet a 3rd trip up to Marysville to have him do a job he should of done right the first time. After i mentioned to him that I wasn't going out of my way to come up there without compensation, he stopped texting me. He clearly does not know what he's doing and likes to take your money. Eye lashes shouldn't have all that glue on them, they are to look natural not fake with lots of glue that looked like you had too much mascara on. My eyes still hurt, to this day they still hurt and almost a week has gone by. By the way girls Rapid lash which he sells for $50 can be bought at Bed Bath And Beyond for $40 bucks, I payed $33 for mine on Amazon. It works! I suggest finding someone to do your lashes that care and know what they are doing. I wasted $165 dollars for nothing. read more

I went to another lash place via groupon once and that's when I realized how much I appreciate Jean Paulo's attention to detail and care. I normally do not do reviews, but I feel I need to regarding "Eye-Do Lashes". First of all, let me say that I absolutely enjoyed Jean-Paulo's manner in dealing with me. Always polite, kind, and a sense of humor! I immediately felt comfortable at the salon. No complaints whatsoever with him as a person! However, I am disappointed in the end result of my 2 appointments I had. First, was the extension, second was the fill. I was never harsh with my lashes. Used the brush gently on my lashes. I rarely wear eye make-up, do not apply oils, oil based products around my eyes. Followed his directions TO A T!! Jean-Paulo even said when I returned to get a fill, that I had taken great care of my lashes. This time, I went to a place closer to my home, as I felt the second visit to Eye-Do was not done as well as my first visit. Turns out, as I was having the old lashes removed, the lady mentioned that a clump of my own lashes(she counted 7) were attached to One extension. that's bad news if the extension's weight pulls out your own lashes, as you will end up with a gap in your lashline. I had a section (right in the middle of my lashes!) that had broken my own lashes, and left an ugly gap. Also, at outer corner of my lash on one eye, there were no more lashes at all!! The extensions had pulled that section out. So, I was told lashes could not be applied until my own became healthy again, and more grew back. In meantime, I am using a lash growth product to help, then plan on getting extensions again, at this new place. She did mention she has recently had 7 SEVEN women come in to her shop from this salon, with same problem I had, even worse! Every one of these girls she saw, had extensions wrongly applied, and resulted in huge gaps in lashline, or virtually no lashes left. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR OWN LASHES!!. And the sad thing is , I really liked the people who worked here!! All were sooo sweet and kind. Just not seeming to know how to correctly apply lashes. The environment of the salon is super relaxing but the service was not as good... I had multiple questions on the difference between the minks eyelashes and synthetic (considering it was my first time getting lashes done, which I told him) I was just nervous and had a lot of questions so I did as any customer should and asked them. Finally when I chose the synthetic he acted irritated with me and said "I just explained all this to u and u just pick the synthetic" in my head I just thought to myself well isn't that ur job? To answer ur clients questions to calm any concerns they have especially if its their first time. But I didn't say anything. Anyways after I left the lashes started to fall out quickly and my eyes were a little irritated after. I didn't call to make a complain because it was my first time so I didn't know what fell between the lines of normal for extensions. After 4 days I looked at reviews and noticed my eyelashes should NOT have been falling off so quickly or irritated at all.
