Dr Yun is thorough and has the latest equipment. She does all the testing herself. There was a slight change to my Rx. Calvin was very helpful and assisted me with selecting the perfect pair of glasses. My insurance offered a great discount and I'll be stopping back for a new pair of sunglasses soon. My new glasses were ready in 8 business days. I need to have a secondary cataract removed next week and I suspect my vision will improve even more.

According to the Doctor, she took over this spot as of June and this is now her place. This is the first of its kind (outlet) and if it takes off then they will start with more outlets. The selection of eyeglasses was really good. My mom got some snazzy diamond encrusted Sofia Lorens and was quite pleased. The fact that they work with the glasses inside this location kind of helps because everything you need is right here. You need your glasses fixed due to scratching or loose screws, they will take care of them here. That is a plus since so many other optometrist just don't get it. Let them know YELP review sent you, they are wonderful workers and I highly recommend this spot for designer wear glasses. The technician said your glasses are for reading, I said no it's to see that's why I am here. My recent healthy eye exam recommended I se an Optometrist, there might be something else. The first thing she then said we will go ahead and do a health eye exam and that will be $49. I said I just did that and that's why I am here. my intake form had all of the symptoms I have been suffering with. There was a price sheet what I might also need. I already called to make sure they were in my insurance system. I was told yes. I have never ever walked out of a doctors appointment . The copay charge should have only been for a contact lens exam, but I got charged both in office for a regular eye check up and later in the mail for the contact lens. I wish they would have least charged me for both at the time of the visit so I can take care of everything in one go. All in all, this was about 2x's the cost of my usual eye exam. Finally, the kicker is that their prescription is specific to 1 brand - therefore, if you decide to get any other brand with any other outlet, they force you to go back to their office to get this adjusted before finalizing your prescription, even though the only difference is in product brand. They also annoy you about ordering contacts through their office, but that's also at a higher cost to you, the consumer. Never experienced this before and will never go back to this office.

Unfortunately, the experience matched what several other negative reviews had mentioned about the staff's attitude. There were three employees working at the time, and not one greeted me, offered help, or even acknowledged me in a friendly way. Instead, I was met with stares and an overall vibe that I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I genuinely wanted to schedule an eye exam and pick out a new pair of glasses since this location is so close to me, but after less than two minutes, I felt uncomfortable enough to walk right back out. It's disappointing, especially knowing others have experienced the same unwelcoming behavior. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because the convenience of the location can't make up for how poorly customers are treated.

Oh must be we are out of network then and I would have to pay the entire cost out of pocket as they wouldn't do the paperwork for me to get reimbursed. By this time wasn't going to argue so I just told her to cancel the appointment. She said ok and hung up. Went elsewhere with no issue at all. I went somewhere else and was able to get just a diabetic eye exam with no proof that I had a regular eye exam. They wasted my time. I have since dropped the vision insurance. Since I know now both eye exams are not required like this told me they were, I will go elsewhere.

He called me back on the telephone and spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with me assessing my situation. I was able to get in later that week for an in-person detailed eye exam (because it was not a medical emergency and because of my work schedule). Thankfully all is well.
