Originally, I chose the latter option but was notified after a week that the lens crafter opted not to attempt the job. When I met Dennis and described to him my issue, he immediately took "interest in the challenge". He examined my frames meticulously and detailed out to me the specific work necessary to fit the lenses into my frames. I quickly felt comfortable knowing that I was finally dealing with someone who was personally experienced in crafting lenses. Samantha made the shop very welcoming and I felt in good hands. I've been…read moreseeing him for about five years and generally thought he did a good job and was nice and friendly to me. But when I had my exam a few weeks ago, he was incredibly pushy about trying to get me to buy Lindberg frames. I told him I didn't like those frames and that I liked a few from other brands, but he kept pushing. He interrupted me got angry and was borderline bullying me. He made me so stressed and uncomfortable that I found a new eye doctor l. It was so strange that he got so mean and aggressive with me after years of being nice and not push. I feel like he's corrupt and I don't trust him at all anymore so I can't see him again.
