I won't be returning to this location, due to the fact that I made an appointment when the shop opened one day, and was told to go in at 1 in the afternoon. When I arrived (right on time), I was told they were short staffed and couldn't accommodate me. Someone could have at least called me to let me know the person for my appt couldn't make it. Went in for nothing and had to scramble to find another place to get my nails done before an event. Not cool at all. To the owner who responded to the review- Thanks for the response, but it is indeed the location next to Best Buy I'm referring to. This review is to reflect something that happened in the past, not today. Since the disappointing event took place, I have decided not to visit again in case the shop again double books and I'm asked to reschedule. Hopefully my experience is an exception, not the rule. However, I will not be removing the review, as it accurately reflects my personal experience.

The shape is perfect and the French lines are so clean and precise, all done by hand. It looks elevated and beautifully crafted. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly and professional. I was greeted right away, offered a drink, and felt genuinely welcomed. I decided to add a pedicure last minute and they were flexible and accommodating without missing a beat. I'm literally getting my toes done because of how happy I am with my nails. I asked for short nails, not too pointy--more of a soft oval--and she nailed it perfectly. I left so happy with my set! This is actually my second time coming to her. The first time I got a pedicure with acrylic, and she didn't disappoint at all--that's why I came back to her for this beautiful, simple builder gel set. She lives in San Fernando valley and she says they charge her $30 for same service. Her gel only lasted for three days. The gel color started chipping off. I spend $130 for acrylic Full set and gel pedi. They charge $70 And up for and acrylic refill. I called another place around Victorville and they will charge me $40 for a refill. I used to live in Santa Clarita and my nail lady charged me $40 for acrylic refill. They also take a long time to do your pedicure and manicure. First time I went I ask for a two designs on my pedicure on my two toenails. Priscilla erased her design three times and kept doing the design until she got it right. Too pricey and take too long. My nails did last a long time but not worth the price and time away from my toddler.
