I came in to talk with them and let them see my hair prior to the appt. My initial impression was…read more"wow"..they actually listened !! NOT !! I even did a review with "them" before the work began (color, cut, highlights).First off, the stylist talked waaaayyyyy too much !! Walkins were worked in (3 times) during my appt time (and no, it was not necessarily a good time to break from applying the color and highlights)...and this perhaps led to the awful awful outcome. Color was all wrong, layers done only about three inches of the hair length and not thru out...not to mention an overtone of color throughout that sucked pond water for sure. And don't tell me "but I put on what the color said it was "...and just why do you think I talked with you twice about all of this BEFORE the work began. One should know their product and not just the label. As i left, another stylist said "I really like that color"....I only responded with "no, WE don't like this color". I give the stylist credit for a redo(no, I didn't even want to mention the layers getting redone)without add'l charges (yes, I did tip both times...I usually do a lot more however)....it's okay...and I'll deal until time for new color and highlights to cover my gray....but not going in for a second trial. And the stylist never did quieten down....I can only take so much of contstant chatter .
