I recently moved, so I needed to find a new salon closer to home. I posted in a local Facebook group and TD Nail Salon was the most recommended. I started with the pedicure. The tech was a bit rough when massaging my legs, but she did a good job with my nails. Then I had my manicure. I do the dip powder and coffin shaped nails, nothing fancy. I was very pleased with the nail tech that did my mani and will definitely return to have her do them again. One recommendation, if you want to go there, make an appointment ahead of time. Went to TD nails for my first time as recommended to me by people on Facebook. Typically, nail salons offer you something to drink, they did not. The girl who did my pedicure hardly spoke any English I asked if she could put some sort of nude polish under my French tip and she could not understand what I was asking for. She ended up painting on the French tip first and going over it with a top coat. One of my biggest pet peeves. Not the best first impression will probably not be returning. read more

I went to this establishment based on the rave reviews and the disappointment with my previous salon, and this is an honest, real review. I had an 11am appointment on 5/24 and the place was packed. Walk-in's were being taken before me. I waited over 30 minutes for my 11am appointment. Pedicure was ok. I got a re-dip on my fingernails. I have never had this take well over an hour, but it did on this visit. They do not melt the dip when they are doing your pedi like every other nail salon I have ever gone to. So in total, I was at the salon for close to 3 hours. I myself broke one of my nails on the day before Memorial day, but by the time I went to have it fixed, two other nails were chipping as well. So I went the day after Memorial day to have them fixed and waited another 30 minutes, despite 2 technicians with empty chairs. My 3 nails were fixed, and I told the technician that I didn't feel that the tech who did my initial set covered my native nails properly, since I could see them over the dip. They ignored me. TODAY I now have two more nails that are chipping!!!! These nails cost me $45.00, and I paid for a pedicure on top of that, for a total of $90 plus tip. These nails weren't even done a week ago!! I have never had this happen at any other salon....and I go to a salon here and in my home town in Pennsylvania. Definitely don't recommend this place at all and I now need to go to another place to fix these right because I won't go back there ever again. You shouldn't either. read more

I was totally disappointed by medi / pedi. My gel peeled off in less than a week. When I went back to discuss the issue I was told they're a 3 day policy. If I was them it would be a extra charge. My visit today was good. Kinda. Every person who was working today seemed exhausted and like anyone coming in was an imposition. Just awkward. I had an awesome nail tech who did my manicure and killed it. My pedicure was mediocre at best. The polish looks kinda of shotty. But overall a relaxing experience. My sisters nail tech wasn't as awesome. She came over to my spot and my nail guy ended up completely redoing her manicure. Right after it was done. Because it looked awful. I came here twice once in 2022 & a second time in 2023. Both of my experiences was terrible. My first experience just led to me waiting for over 45 minutes when I called ahead & asked if they're was a wait. The individual who answered the phone stated "no". The second time in 2023, I was about 5 minutes away and I called and asked if they had a wait for a pedicure and the young man said "no, come right in." I get there and I'm seated immediately. However, after just sitting on the chair for 20-25 minutes no one came and serviced me. They didn't even come to start the water for me to soak my feet and enjoy the experience or even offer me anything to drink. The service is horrible! The owner definitely needs to come in and get the ball rolling again. I was unhappy and will not visit again! read more

Can I say that for the past year it's been a great place... my last visit I did not specify a nail tech.... wow ... my husband & I got pedis and I made an appointment for a gel fill, the young lady ( and I am using that term loosely) was rude and rough.... did not soak my gel off but ripped it off with a nail file! The boss was there watching & was quite stern her, and when the boss turned her back she pulled my arm several times forcefully ... shuffling me from station to station to let me dry.... a simple fill turned into an 11/2 hour terrible v experience .... I always tip out even this time .... because I was stunned & embarrassed. Honestly...... disappointed. My friend and I came in here about a week and a half ago and I got dipping powder nails that they suggested to us because they claimed they don't do well doing acrylic nails, my friend got the same thing. The first time we came in they had two workers and neither can speak English nor know what there doing. So they gave us dipping powder nails and they were bumpy and not even like the picture they showed us like they claimed they were doing the nails. I had them on a week and a half and one fell off and they were all chipping and lumpy. We went back in again to give the benefit of doubt that since there new maybe it'll be better next time. It wasn't. They said they didn't know how to do a powder fill and that they needed to take my nails off. They did that and this time magically knew how to do acrylic. This time they had three workers. They also had a appointment for five people to get there nails done and didn't have enough workers so they put us aside while an hour went by and out nails were still in the bowls. They are short staffed and do not know what there doing. This place is all over the place and hopefully they get it together for the sake of this shop. Not going back! I have been coming here for about 4 months and I have not had any problems until now. My sister had a problem with one of the techs and she was also unhappy with her nails. I came in got dip powder done and the tech rushed through my nails and let me go. I woke up with broken nails and they were nice enough to fix them for me. Again the next day woke up with even more broken nails. Called and said they do not do refunds but I could come get them fixed which I have to say they were very nice taking care of me after all. I don't normally write poor reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary. I actually have been to the salon 3 times because I was hoping the first couple of times were flukes but every time was a bad experience. My first visit half way through my pedicure the nail tech walked away to take care of her child and never returned. I waited for 45 minutes before finally asking another tech if she was returning and was told I needed to come back later to finish. I have a small child myself so I was understanding and returned another day. During my second visit, I was there 3 hours for a mani/pedi. My problem is that a day later my dip manicure started flaking off. I didn't have time to return to get it repaired for two weeks and by then a needed a new one anyway. The third time my plan was to tell them of the problem I had before. They told me the wait was 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I asked how much longer and they told me another 20 minutes. I wasted so much time here. I was very excited about this place because it has a nice atmosphere but unfortunately I don't think it will last long. read more
