I was working , and I saw a girl with beautiful eyebrows, so I asked her where did she get them done . She told me with Pam ! I was like yay !! I found her ! Usually I am a girl who goes and gets a wax, my friend told me that threading will be better for me as I get older because my skin wont sag (at least not as bad). I went here on a whim, it was the best eyebrow shaping I have ever received. My eyebrows grow one round one square, the ladies here got my eyebrows looking like they were the same shape which has never happened for me before. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. read more

I usually go to serendipity salon Rashma's eyebrow threading, the last time I went there, shes rushing and not gentle at all , my eyebrow area and upper lip is very red and I'm not happy with her job. but this place is really good, friendly, they take their time and make sure your satisfied and happy . Been here 2x so far and the ladies are kind. They do their job well. Prices are very reasonable (12.00 for brow & upper lip). They seem to have a good flow of customers coming in. I liked my 1st visit, although I paid a bit more for some kind of membership that you have to hold on to your receipt for, show ID, and it was for a limited time. I kept forgetting my receipt so I hadn't gone back til yesterday, when I just paid 12, but they didn't question me about the membership piece. So, that's cool... read more

After reading this review many people will still go to this place to see for themselves because I was one of those reviewers. Even after reading all the bad reviews I couldn't judge them without ever tryna it out. As soon as I walked up there was one lady ahead of me I noticed the employee was wiping off her shoes , she had on black gloves. The lady standing ahead of me ask to get her eyebrows done, the employee replied okay have a seat. The employee turned around with her gloves that she wiped her shoes with still on and put a drop of and sanitizer on. My mouth was dropped because I literally was standing there waiting for her to grab new gloves before she proceeded to touch this ladies faces. I said excuse me are you gonna put new gloves on? She say " Oh no it's okay I put hand sanitizer on top of the gloves" . I just walked away got in my car and never looked back. Just know if you go here the same gloves have touched everyone's face all day. But it's okay because she put hand sanitizer on the latex gloves. But people will still continue to go here and you wonder why it's a pandemic they shouldn't be allowed to even be open this is totally against all regulations. Imagine going to the dentist or your doctor and them using the same gloves on every person, as long as they put hand sanitizer on the latex gloves. After getting my eyebrows done here I have to say I have never had such low self esteem, I literally left in tears because this was the worst threading experience I've ever had. I asked for a clean up on my eyebrows they aren't too thick so I don't need much taken off and asked to only do my arch and ends. The lady did the complete opposite and took off almost my whole eyebrow! They handed me the mirror and was immediatly so sad :( what made it even worse is that after I expressed to her how bad I felt she looked at me with no remorse and said this isn't her business so she will not give me a discount. I hope no woman ever has to go through this feeling and have to pay to come out uglier than they were when they walked in. I want to hide under a rock for a couple of months until it grows back I cant believe I paid to feel like this and the fact that they did not care at all made me feel 10x worse. read more

The shop is very clean. She is very thurough and is super gentle. She always makes sure that I am happy with my eyebrows.

UPDATE: The person that I usually does my brows was busy on the phone so the other lady did it. She messed up one of my brows BAD! When I told her that she messed up, she tried to blame it on my makeup. I wasn't wearing make up that day since I was getting my brows done. I don't fill them in or anything when I get them threaded. I didn't like her fix it because that meant one of my brows would have to go thinner than it already is. My sister wasn't satisfied with her brows this time either. It's like they don't care about returning customers. They only try to satisfy new ones. Our brows came out amazing during the first 2 visits. After that, everything is just rushed. I'm glad I didn't buy their membership. I'm so traumatized with the way my brows came out that I do not want to return. Currently growing out my messed up brow while searching for a new place to go. :( read more

I came here 3 times. The first 2 times they asked if I were new and I said yes. The third time they've seen my face before so they didn't ask of I was new. That day they did a crappy job. One of the lady threaded some of my lashes off (this happened on each eye). Then at the end she just snipped my eye brows in the front, the arch, and the end. When one got home and examined my brows they looked choppy and turned out like cousins. Never going back! I do have to say that the first 2 times they did my brows, they turned out really good. It was just the 3rd time that ruined it for me. read more

It was my first time here but I went based on reviews and I am not happy. That lady Pam is on vacation until sometime in March so I just tried whoever was there. Big mistake. If you care about symmetry of your eyebrows don't go there they look completely different and I grew them out for weeks I'm very upset. I shall go hibernate for a couple of months now. read more

It's always hard for me to find someone new to work on my brows and it is important for them to look nice and clean, since it's such an important feature. This place opened up a few months ago, and I actually heard of it from my little sister. I decided to give it a shot, since my regular threading lady takes so many days off and when I am able to get my eyebrows done, I never catch her. I have been looking for a new place, so one day, I decided to come in and she was very nice and professional. I'm almost certain that she's the owner, because she's the only one ever there; I never catch her name. She did a wonderful job on my brows. She told me about the offer she was doing, where you pay $45 for 3 months worth of unlimited eyebrow threading. I paid for it and now, I come as often as I'd like and she is amazing every single time. I'm very happy with the results. I would recommend this salon to anyone! read more

I get my eyebrows done here and usually it is Pam that does my eyebrows, but she wasn't there so I decided to give the other lady a chance since Pam always did a great job. She seemed like she was rushing although there was no one else there and when I got in my car I noticed she missed a lot of spots so I went back in and told her and she said it was because "my hair was very fine" after she "fixed" them she had still not even cleaned up the end of my brow and left them very uneven. I left very upset, and will not be letting her touch my brows again. Pam does an amazing job though be sure to ask for her. read more

First review; I never get the lady's name who works here, but she does a great job on my eyebrows. I can grow them out for weeks & she threads them into a great shape & it's perfect every time. Lately I've been thinking about Henna tattoos so for my first time I decided to come here, I showed her a picture & she did it but with her own style which I liked! Now not knowing before that I had to wait 3 hours for it to dry, so I was informed till after the fact, which was fine cause I didn't have any plans after, but I did smudge it to where it did mess up (my fault) so I went home & called & asked if I can just wipe the whole thing out & re-do it again the next day, but the ink had already been drying on my skin, nothing I can do, so I just said okay no problem, I'll just let it dry & I probably won't notice the smudge, then they called back & offered me to do the henna tattoo again for free knowing it was my fault for messing it up, how awesome! read more
