So I used to come here pre pandemic, loved the lashes and stopped because of Covid. I just got the courage to start coming back and Merril blew me away with the classic set. This girl can multitask. I've been coming to PMU studio for over two months now. The place is very cute, clean & welcoming. Vivian & Merrill are the sweetest people. They are extremely accommodating with exceptional customer service. In the beginning I had a few problems with my lashes, they were either too heavy looking, losing many eyelashes or they had too many lashes on one eye. Now I would text Merrill every time and they would fix it without any questions within a day. Vivian and Merrill made sure I was good and happy. Maybe I didn't explain my wishes correctly because I haven't had lashes in over 10 yrs, but, Vivian tried a new look on me (Kim Whispies) and it looks so good! The lashes aren't thick nor do they look heavy. They actually look like the falsies I used to wear. Absolutely in love. The consistency and dedication they have to make a customer happy is unbelievable. read more

I came here for a lash lift and tint, I have super blonde and straight lashes, and usually with a lash lift and tint, is a pretty dramatic difference. Immediately after there was barely any lift and the tint was lighter than expected. I'm not sure if it was the product that they use but I've not had such a little difference before. I waited over 24 hours before getting them wet. It's only been a couple days and the tint is already gone, and there's barely any lift. :/ disappointing. read more

I don't know why the owner/tech Vivian did such a bad job on me. The first red flag is when I came in and she placed the pads under my eyes and my eyes were forced open. I felt the Primer and glue burning my eyes. When I told her this-she tried to adjust them without really removing them. Then proceeded to do my lashes. When I kept telling her, she mumbled some things and kept going. She was fast and the lashes looked good but my eyes were red and watery. I was in a bit of pain and don't notice the pain of blinking my eyes so much until after I got home. I then noticed she stuck the lashes so close to my star line that when I blinked, they were tugging!! I asked for a refund and to remove them and she said she would remove them but no refund. I have had my lashes done numerous of times and this was the most painful. I don't think this is normal and she should be reported. read more

I have been going here for more than 2 years. And, while, they are a bit more expensive for a fill on your lashes, they are worth it! I go to Vivian, and have a fill every 3 weeks. Her lashes really last! I have been to 2 other establishments, and the technicians did not do as good of a job as Vivian. Thank you Vivian! You are the BEST! read more

Awesome experience! It was my first time getting lashes in almost 10 years so I wasn't sure what to expect. I came in for a quick consultation and Liberty was kind enough to answer all my questions very thoroughly. The studio is super cute, clean, and made me feel like I was in girl heaven so I automatically felt comfortable. A few days later I came back for my actual appointment and although I was a bit nervous it went extremely well. It was comfortable the whole time and although it took almost 2 hrs it didn't seem that way at all. I was at first concerned that my lashes were too long since I wear glasses (she used 13) but after a day or two I totally got used to them. I've received countless compliments on my lashes and many have commented that they look very natural. If you're looking to get your lashes done, especially if it's your first time and want a great experience, I highly recommend this studio! They have great technique and amazing customer service. I Was desperate to find a lash place as I couldn't schedule with my usual lash lady. I was looking at reviews through yelp and opted for this place as it was closer to me. I was a bit apprehensive but I found the reviews reassuring. I set up a Saturday appt with Liberty who I told up front that originally it was a 3 week fill but by then my lashes shedded to where it might as well have been a new set. I was really happy with the result that when it was time to do another fill, I set up an appointment with Vivian who was also excellent. The location itself is clean, quiet, not so private as there are three ladies running the place but still relaxing and comfortable. read more

I should've said something as soon as the tech was done with my lashes. I was so sad. I spent 2 hours here and my lashes looked exactly the same as when I got in for a fill. I got a classic fill. I came home and found that half my lashes did not have lashes on them. This was my first time here and my last, I will not be returning. Complete waste of money. And I got an eye infection afterwards and ended up in urgent care the next day because I couldn't see out of my left eye. Take a look at the picture, that's what my lashes looked like when I walked out. A fill?! I never leave bad reviews...but this was just so disappointing. read more

My first time getting my eyelashes done, Vivian was so gentle as she was working on my eyelashes I actually took a nap . The salon is very nice, clean and the music was super relaxing. Merrill is my eyelash extension QUEEN!!! Ever since our first appointment together in August, I have been over the moon in love with her meticulous work and these fabulous lashes that make me feel sooooo beautiful on the daily! She's so sweet and her work is remarkable! I've been upgraded to hybrids from the classics that I already found to be beautiful, and now it's safe to say that I'm obsessed and will be meeting with her on the regular now! I myself did lashes for a few years before retiring before COVID due to an unrelated neck injury. I've been to other artists and my retention is so bad I just give up. It's not worth the money. I thought it was me, bc it's usually the client if there are retention issues. I came to PMU after making an appointment for a full set online with Vivian. Super easy booking process, for starters. Wow. It's been 10 days and I've lost like, 6 lashes. I have a thyroid disorder that causes me to lose lashes and hair especially in the summer (idk why) usually I need a full set BADLY after 1.5 weeks. I am astounded at how pretty these lashes are and the RETENTION! Plus, it only took her an hour or so and each lash has been lashed, there is only one fan per lash, and the lashes are soft and pliable. Look no further for your one stop shop!! The owners are so talented, the amount of education that they have under their belt is crazy. I'm loyal to a fault but also do my research prior to going anywhere. I started coming here after my husband got me a gift certificate and became obsessed and addicted! I am so happy that I booked with Kendall for a Micro-shading brow touch up service! She was super friendly and flexible. She graciously worked around my schedule and accommodated me so that my brows could be healed in time for an upcoming event! She's awesome! I must say that my appointment went very well, I was pleased when she took her time assessing how we wanted my brows to look. She always checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. She was professional and sanitary the entire time. Both Liberty and Merrill are great. I've been going here for a few months now and I'm always pleased with the service and results. I started with volume and have switched to hybrid to change things up a bit. Both looks are great. I usually come in every 2 weeks for a fill and even then my lashes still look good and I could probably wait till 3 weeks. Found this place from Yelp. Place was really nice and clean! I've been getting lash extensions for over 2 years but I needed a full set bc I was on a long break. Told the lady I get doll eyes, 13 for my longest length and hybrid volume. I will give a huge plus for no burning or stinging from glue/fumes. The only reason why I had to drop a star because the ladies switched on me after 1 eye was done. I felt it and knew it because there was a long pause, I heard them switch, and the perfume on the first lady was stronger n the 2nd lady had no perfume on. Anywho... I didn't notice it until I got home that my left eye was fuller and a bit longer, the right eye was slightly more sparse and somewhat shorter -___- I ended up going to another place (I had no commitments/ wanted to try another place just because/I'm from out of town anyway) to have them even it out and that technician definitely noticed it was uneven before she fixed it Honestly they should have told me they needed to switch in the middle of it, for whatever reason it was read more

Merrill was so accommodating and sweet. I am happy to have found her. The lashes she used is so lightweight and she was very gentle. I didn't feel any discomfort when she was applying the lashes. I got my eyelashes done today at @ilashes_envy with Merill, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! I used to get my eyelashes done (about 3yrs-ago) and they completely RUINED them! They never grew back the same, they ended up worse than when I initially went in *Note* getting extensions done properly should NOT ruin your lashes! I tried growing them back, no luck. I wore Strip lashes every day...So to have them done & to be properly educated while doing them made me feel more comfortable about getting them. And I LOVE them! Ready to give birth w/o worrying about a eyelash falling off! I got D-Curl, I like em big & noticeable! I love them! read more

I've had my lashes done by Merril and Liberty for a few years now and their work is perfection today as it was the first day I started. PMU lash studio is super cute clean and comfortable. Both woman take pride in their work and their techniques are always above standards. I actually just took off my lash extensions after having them on over a year with no break and their technique is so good that I have healthy lashes underneath my lash extensions and was able to do a lash lift with no problem. read more

I just moved from SoCal and have been looking for someone to do my lashes. My sister suggested I try Merrill out to refill my lashes because I'm very picky. To my surprise she did a really good job. She was very gentle and my lashes were very soft and they didn't clump together like how the last gal did them. She also said she used a very good quality type of glue and that's why my eyes didn't burn. It was also a bonus that she let me pay n tip using my credit card. I will definitely be coming back to have Merrill refill my lashes again. read more

Merrill got me a last minute appointment which super convenient! It ended up being the absolute BEST lash experience I have ever had! I've been getting lash extensions for years and have always had retention issues, I've tried so many different places I just thought it was me.
