They are quick-to-help and to the point, which I like in a business. They also offer 5%, basically a built-in coupon - bonus! They are being COVID safe - you call when you arrive and they tell you on the phone when to enter the shop so there aren't too many people in the building at once. There are hand sanitizer stations all over, and the touchless check-in and check-out is a great feature. I am new to sugaring, but I found that while the process is the same, the pain is much less!
