I've heard that they were good for your gut and overall health, but never took the time to go. The office is nicely decorated and very clean. They use disposable equipment so everyone gets a new clean tube. They explain everything to you if you have any questions, which of course I did...LOL I will say it was a little awkward at first and I did have some cramping throughout the process, but she did mention that might happen and it's not unusual when I get an upset stomach to feel that way. About 5 minutes after the process the cramping and feeling that I may have to go to the bathroom went away and I felt fine. I definitely feel that it cleansed me and I will be returning because I feel that it's important to have a clean system to promote overall good health & hoping to get some relief from some current health issues.
