I have gone to this optometry clinic, I believe for around 15 years. I had something going on with one of my eyes. I was debating if I should go to an urgent care clinic or the eye doctor. I called here at 8am and they said they could see me at 1120am. I arrived about 5 minutes early and got checked in. Two people waiting were taken back plus another gentleman who came in after I did. It was about 30 minutes later that I asked about the wait. Someone comes out and they don't apologize, they just tell me it will be about another 10 minutes before they take me back and then it will be 30-40 minutes before the optometrist sees me. For how much more this clinic charges for eye exams compared to others, this level of care is pitiful. I took off from work to be seen so I was already losing money, I wasn't going to lose more money to wait another hour to be seen. Word of advice for the clinic. No one wants to wait for even half an hour before being seen. Making someone wait nearly 1.5 hours after their appointment was scheduled? That is absolutely outrageous, if you keep that it you can plan to losing more than just my business. I will never come back. read more

We just left a place on Main Street in Yukon where we didn't get great treatment. We were frustrated and looking for glasses for our daughter. We're not picky- we just have to use someone that takes our insurance.. we should've started at Eye Care Associates. We were treated really well here. We walked in and it was after their 4:00 fitting/ordering time, but they still helped us. We were in and out within 30 minutes. It's a shame the other place wasn't helpful. We will use this office again next year. read more

I was looking for a new eye doctor for my daughter as I was not previously impressed with the first clinic we tried. I will say this place is not only super nice but the staff is always incredibly nice and helpful and the doctor is awesome as well. They also have a fabulous collection of frames to choose from and I am beyond happy we found this clinic. read more

This office is great!! I recently moved to Yukon and I was dreading finding a new optometrist because I really loved my old Dr. I decided to check out EyeCare Associates because of the other good review and the convenient location. My first visit went really well! I wasn't left waiting for a long time -- my appointment actually started on time! The Assistant was incredibly friendly. I saw Dr. Myer and he was very patient with me, suggested a new contact based off my concerns with my current brand and answered all of my questions. At the end of the appointment he told me to come back in a week, with no extra visit fee, to see how I was doing with the new prescription. At my check up visit a week later, Dr. Myer understood the concerns that I was trying to explain to him and got me into a different prescription. They're now doing great!! I also LOVE that their glasses department was able to use my current frames and just cut new lenses for them. The front desk staff has been so friendly and helpful every time I've been in. read more

Awesome place. Wonderful staff, which lets face it, will make or break a doctor's office. My wife and I were both seen here and had the pleasure to see see both doctor's. My wife was evaluated by Dr. Hampton and she absolutely loved him. She said he is very nice and and explained everything to her. I had the pleasure to be evaluated by Dr. Myers. He was very laid back and allowed my to ask questions. I never felt rushed or uneasy. We both fell in love with how the staff treated us. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants. I would highly recommend them. The only thing to keep them from 5 stars were their assortment of men's glasses were a little thin. read more

I was very pleased with my total experience at EyeCare Associates, from the short wait time, the pleasant office space and the friendly staff to the knowledgeable, professional exam that Dr. Myers performed. He took his time, the exam was very thorough and he explained his findings completely, asking for questions or concerns. I am making an appointment for my husband and would refer anyone I know to come here. I cannot comment on any products or any other services, but my overall experience was great. read more
