Raquel assisted me with selecting frames and types of lenses. Dr. A did my eye exam. I liked both of them!

I was a patient for 8 years until recently. I never had any issue until a few weeks ago. During my annual appointment in November Dr. Glaze said I needed a contact for my right eye but have only wore one in my left eye for many years. When I tried the sample contact in the office I couldn't see anything so Dr Glaze said to just stay with wearing just my one contact. However, before Memorial Day my vision got worse so I called the office and said to order the other contact. When I received them it was for my left eye, but I wanted to be certain that it was indeed for that eye. I called the office to confirm and the girl said she would check with him and would get back with me. She never called back, so I called again and left a message on their answering machine, which states they will call back within a day. Again, didn't hear from anyone, so I called yet again because if I opened the contacts and they still didn't work I would be out the amount I already paid. I called and talked to another person and had to explain the same thing to her, and was told Dr Glaze would be back the Tuesday after Memorial Day so I waited until late Wednesday to call. I then spoke to their office manager and had to tell him the same thing and that I was having headaches and wasn't comfortable driving because my vision wasn't great. By now I was frustrated because I was then told Dr Glaze would not be back for another week . The office manager sent me more contacts that didn't work either. So, I called again and was told that they had some other contacts for me to try and I told the girl in my text that the contacts the office manger sent still didn't work, so I drove over 30 minutes one way to the office and when I got there they were the same contacts the office manager sent me, Clearly I was not happy and the office manager told me I was being difficult and rude to the staff, yet at no time did anyone offer to let me see another doctor, and they didn't even know when Dr. Glaze would be back, so if they want to say I'm was difficult, so be it. My husband runs a law office and his staff would know exactly when he would be back and they would offer a client that needed help the opportunity to see another attorney. read more

Had been going to them since moving to Oklahoma 9 years ago. Was told about a charge this year that way going to be outside of what insurance covered. I asked to decline and was told that I couldn't see the doctor if I didn't accept the additional charge. Very frustrating and now I'm looking for a new eye doctor for me and my sons read more

Staff are friendly, but their policies are not. I made an appointment that was apparently canceled a week prior due to not confirming it. I confirmed the appointment when it was scheduled, and I added to my calendar. I've never worked with a doctor's office that automatically cancels an appointment if it is not confirmed via text message. They also have a new policy of not dilating eyes to perform part of the exam, and require an additional fee that insurance doesn't cover. I believe the extra fee is $49. I was told that I cannot opt out of this. I agree that newer technology is great, and not having to dilate is also wonderful; however, I don't like that this transition has been done without working with insurance companies to cover it. Negotiations with insurance providers should have been done first prior to instituting this policy. Right now it feels like extortion. read more

I love the Eye Care Center. They are friendly, prompt, clean, and rarely running behind on my appointment time. Not only that, they can service my entire family, so there's no longer a need to go anywhere else. We usually go as a family and then grab lunch afterwards. Family date day. LOL Kesha is my favorite person to help search for glasses. She gives great feedback, conversation, and just an overall great staff member. Destiny and Misty were also always extremely helpful for my visit this last time and with getting me scheduled and educated for newbie contacts. Best Optometrist I have ever been to! I called this location during a holiday week after suffering severe allergies and in desperate need of some major eye drops. The receptionist quickly found me a same-day appointment and was courteous. Upon my arrival, I was kindly greeted and filled out some simple paperwork. I waited in the lobby for just 5 min and was them promptly taken back for my examination. Dr. Le was extremely helpful and to the point! He even was kind enough to consider the price of the prescription ( which doctors rarely do) and I truly appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend! read more

If you need an appointment and glasses quick, they are the place to go! Their location is easy to find and they have their own parking lot. Post COVID19, they are still very reliable. However, it was concerning because they require masks, but do not have social distancing in their waiting area. No wifi either. The recrptionists said "The doctor doesn't allow it." The staff were not very friendly but were helpful. My boyfriend said the doctor was nice and okay for a routine exam. The main star of this location is Keisha. She helps with your glasses! My boyfriend needed glasses asap and Keisha went above and beyond. She made him temporary lenses so the poor guy can see and followed up with the actual ones very quickly. My boyfriend has terrible vision and always gets the thinnest lenses with all the coatings. They quote up to two weeks for production, but we got it Micu quicker! read more

Full disclosure: I went to high school with Dr. Le, so I knew he was awesome before I went to see him as a patient. After a few weeks of whining about my burning, itchy, watery eyes, I finally took Dr. Le's advice and set up an appointment for a consult. I had two technicians do my initial stats. One was in training. They tested my vision, depth perception, looked for color blindness, took a photo of the back of my eye, and tested my eye pressure. I was amazed by the amount of technology used in the office. They use electronic charting on iPads and all of my photos were put on a tv screen so that I could look at them while he explained my results. Fancy. I ended up having to get a steroid eye drop to get my allergies under control, but I'm really glad I went in. He did dilate my eyes, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. My vision went back to normal by lunch time, and I had a 9am appt. I had a small abnormality, so I got to meet Dr. Glaze as well for a second opinion. Luckily, it was no biggie, just a little eyeball scar from a scratch. I would highly recommend the Eye Care Clinic. I'm sure Dr. Le treats all of his patients with kindness and professionalism, even if he hasn't known them for a few decades. read more

This place is great! All the staff are really friendly. Jon was very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Sherry is also very nice and helpful as I was making my payment and scheduling another visit. Dr Luke Alexopoulos was amazing. He knew right away what the issue with the irritation in my eye was. Who knew you could get rust in your eyes? Although the sound of a drill in your eye sounds scary, his soft spoken voice made it sound like no big deal. I felt like I was about to get a treat afterwards. All the other doctors including Dr Tyler Glaze and Dr Jonathan Le are really great too. This place is awesome. I have been to several different eye doctors in my life and this place beats them all hands down. I had barely sat down and I was being called back for my exam. Joey did my eye "x-rays" and peripheral tests. He was really nice and did a great job. He was very good at explaining what he was doing so I knew what to expect. He was also very patient with me when I asked questions. He had barely finished my tests when Dr. Glaze came in. He was also great. He was very knowledgeable. I had RK years and years ago and it can cause problems as I age. He explained it all so I could understand it. He did a thorough exam and was also very patient with my questions. He didn't seem rushed or act like I was asking too many questions. I actually enjoyed my visit which has never happened before. I then moved on to Heather to order my glasses. She was great too. I didn't like any of the women's glasses so she showed me some men's glasses that fit my face and were a style I liked. She spent lots of time helping me get the perfect glasses. As far as Covid precautions, they were all wearing masks. Patients had to wear masks. they were sanitizing all the glass frames I touched and Joey cleaned all the machine right before I used them. I felt very safe. I highly recommend The Eye Care Center. They are great. read more

Dr. Tyler Glaze was the best! He's young and totally understood my son's eyes! This is the first time that my son needs eyeglasses and Dr. Glaze couldn't have been nicer and informative. The office staff was helpful, kind and pleasant! The office also has eye glasses. They called in less than a week with my son's glasses. We could pick them up without an appointment and he had a final fitting for them that day. This ha been the best eye experience ever. I went to another eye doctor but the prescription was not right and they couldn't get it right. I was pretty frustrated. I came to The Eye Care Center with Dr. Le and it was obvious from the beginning it was going to be better. He used up to date equipment. He spent a lot of time with me and got my astigmatism problem figured out. Finally someone who listened and had the expertise to diagnose my problem. The optician, Keisha was great. They had an amazing selection of glasses, but my head is bigger and refused to put me in something that did not fit or look good. She ordered in more frames for me to try and we got the right ones. They had a buy one get one free, you just had to pay for the frames. So I got a wear all the time pair and a pair for when I am on the computer at work. I am a long time patient. In a year there has been changes to this office. I have no complaints of the doctors or staff... it is the optical that appears to have issues. Without Keisha there this area is not what it once was. My daughter had her appointment back in February 23rd, 2021. It is now April 19, 2021, we still have not received her glasses. I called to check up on them about two weeks ago. I had to leave a message. They didn't return my call immediately (like when Keisha was there) About a day or so later someone called me to tell me what is the problem with her glasses. Two weeks out and I haven't heard anything back at all. I really miss Keisha. She never let me go so long without telling me what's going on with the product. read more

I have never EVER seen a better eye doctor and the rest of the team is AMAZING!!!!! Dr. Glaze decided that my glasses are the wrong prescription and set me up with different contacts to see if that helps my astigmatism. He explained everything so WELL!!!!!
