Sure enough, the glasses I had (and the three different lenses sold to me between two different locations) couldn't improve my vision, because there's nothing wrong with my vision. Here, they're not in the business of selling designer frames and disposable contacts, and the difference is like night and day. I just wish I had come sooner. That's not all, though. Just the other morning, I noticed blood in one of my eyes. Alarmed, I called and explained what was going on. Two and a half hours after my call, I was in the doctor's chair, getting checked out. Lucky me, it wasn't a big deal. But, knowing I could call with a concern like that and be seen so quickly was really comforting. Need glasses? Get them at one of the boutiques in Milford. I was extremely happy with how thorough the exam was, as it gave me more confidence in the idea that they are serious about your eye health, and not just trying to make a buck. Dr. Wilde even took the time to answer all of my questions about each of the tests, different vision issues and their causes. This will be my first time wearing glasses, but my out of pocket cost was less than I was expecting it to be, although that may be a function of my insurance as well. Dr. Schulte diagnosed my son with accommodative dysfunction and recommended vision therapy. After calling the recommended vision therapy places, I was discouraged to find out the service cost was unaffordable and out of pocket only. After research, I discovered Corewell Vision Clinic. I was able to obtain the vision therapy there with the script written by Dr. Schulte and covered by insurance. Several weeks into therapy, the vision OT informed me that Dr. Schulte was not responding to the vision therapy evaluations being sent to her, thus they were unable to bill insurance. Both the vision OT and supervisor tried calling her office to speak to her and she refused. She also refused to sign the evaluations so my son's therapy was disrupted. Fortunately, after speaking with my son's pediatrician, he agreed to oversea the rehab until I was able to get in to see an ophthalmologist affiliated with Corewell. I am livid! Completely unprofessional and in my opinion unethical. I will not continue as a patient there. I will never recommend this place of business. It is unfortunate because the staff, including the other optometrist have been wonderful. I cannot say the same about Dr. Schulte!

No missed call, no deleted voicemail or text. I even checked my deleted voicemails & texts (on an iPhone you can go back 30 days) nothing there. I went to pick up my glasses, service was very poor and then told only one pair available. I said forget it and the wanted to charge me 20% restocking. I became discussed ask to speak to a manager and was told she was not there and no one was in charge. This begins to explain why my experience was so poor.
