The other 1 doesn't have any appointments until March How the heck do they think I'm gonna wait 90 days or 6 months for my eye exam? How asinine asinine are they? About 3 months after receiving and paying for our glasses we received a random bill for almost $200. I went back to the store, but the staff there are unable to assist at all, as ECC has centralized their billing - the best she could do was give me a call center phone number, which is in New York. Apparently ECC billed my insurance for *different* lenses than I received, got a slightly larger insurance pay out, and then a computer glitch somehow added the amount they already got paid in insurance to the difference in cost between the 2 lenses, and keep sending me a bill for that amount. They send me constant texts saying I owe them money (2-3 per week), and every time I call I get routed to someone with an Indian accent that says they 'will escalate' the issue for resolution. It's been months. It's really a shame, because we liked the staff and location, but I would NEVER risk going there again based on these shady billing and insurance practices.

I was told that Dr Vick is no longer there, and had to schedule my appointment for Sept 8th. I don't understand why I was not called and scheduled for this sooner.
