In 2013 I had Eyedentity Graphics wrap the front of my 5th wheel because the Ragen logo had faded, started cracking and coming off. They found the logo and incorporated it onto the entire front cap I was blown away! Twelve short years later the top of our motorhome was showing its age where wind, rain and the sun damaged the clear-coat so I gave them a call again. Delores and the team came out matched the color and ordered the vynil. In two days they prepped the area and wrapped it for way less money and time than it would have taken to paint it! We drove here on Christmas Eve from Burbank to get my daughter's helmet wrapped and we were so excited to finally get it wrapped. Though it was done quickly, it was done very sloppy and poorly. The wraps were two different shades of pink and there were crinkles on the top. The worst part was after a few days my daughter started to get a sore on her left ear. This was because they didn't place the material correctly. We had to go back to where we got the helmet and they had to smooth out the material so it would stop rubbing her ear. SO grateful for the kind folks at Eyedentity Graphics for wrapping my son's cranial helmet for FREE (we chose one of the more simple designs, just a plan solid dark blue). We then purchased (separately) decals from Bling Your Band to place on top of the wrap and transformed it into a Seattle Seahawks helmet! Makes the whole experience SO much easier to have the helmet less "medical"-looking, amazing what an impact something so simple makes. Stay away from this business!!! I came out to their office in Camarillo to review the new graphics they designed for my vehicle wrap. Vanessa, the office manager, was very unprofessional and rude. She was surprised to see me although I called in advance and made an appointment with her. She also claimed that my office already approved the artwork, which was not true, and there is no need to go over it again. Needless to say that the artwork was not completed as requested and some of the business information was missing. I have reviewed the changes with her and requested a new proof following the necessary corrections. A few hours after I left their office, I got a phone call from Lauri, the business owner, who was yelling and screeming at me. She accused me for saying that I was not happy with their previously employed graphic designer, stating that he is still a family friend, she also yelled at me for contacting my own office to confirm that the artwork was never approved, finally she told me that I am a liar, and hangup the phone. When trying to get a response from Ed, the owner of the business (Lauri's husband), he chose to reply by email and stated that he is not willing to talk to me. Obviously, these guys do not deserve my business, and will take it elsewhere. Beware!!! read more
