I'm usually here around November or December. The staff have a pumpkin design contest where they ask the clients/patients, to pick their favorite. The pumpkins were so nicely designed. I'm curious to see who wins. My first few minutes in the office was actually pretty fun. I think I might even make sure to come back in October next year. When I first walked in, I was immediately and happily greeted by, Johnathan. I instantly felt at home with him. Sarah, was the front desk/tech who worked with me to get my insurance card uploaded and then she took me back to do all the usual initial testing. The way these were set up in the room was very convenient. I literally rolled my chair from station to station. The equipment was clean and in good shape, not ancient. As soon as I was done with these, Sarah, took me to the exam room to wait for Dr. Walsh. Dr. Walsh, walked in and instantly said hello with a big smile on her face. I LOVE seeing her here in the office. She is so easy to talk to and is so personable. I feel like she really listens to me, to my concerns and my preference. It is always a pleasure to receive care from, Dr. Walsh. After my visit with, Dr. Walsh, I went right back to Johnathan. He came fully prepared with my insurance plan coverage. He explained everything clearly to me. He was animated, never boring, very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions based on what I could afford as well as other options should I decide for something else. He even showed me the different types of transitions including the more advanced lenses available. He was quick without rushing me. He patiently answered my questions about insurance when I didn't understand what was going on. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with MVOC. I highly recommend them for their amazing service and many frame options.

Since 2018 we have been with Dr Domínguez and his team; we have only received excellent, professional and caring services. Our fears were allayed immediately, and time and time again Dr Domínguez' expertise in optometry has been demonstrated. I had an opportunity to also see an ophthalmologist that when I mentioned I was under Domínguez' care, he said "Ah you are in great hands." This level of care is unacceptable and potentially dangerous when it comes to eye health. I will never return.

Ultimately, LASIK wasn't the best fit for me, and Dr. Pirnazar recommended a different procedure. Thanks to his expert guidance, I'm now seeing perfectly without glasses just one week after surgery! My retina specialist eventually referred me back to Dr. Pirnazar for a secondary procedure. When my vision worsened, I called requesting an urgent appointment and was told the first available appointment was almost two months away. After several calls, I was finally given an appointment for August 28 with Dr. Fadavi, whom I had seen before. I received multiple text messages confirming my appointment with Dr. Fadavi. When I arrived, however, I was told that another doctor would see me because Dr. Fadavi does not work there on Fridays! No one had contacted me to tell me about this change, despite the multiple confirmation texts specifically naming Dr. Fadavi. When I questioned the front desk about this, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive and showed no concern about the situation. Considering that I was there because of a worsening problem with my eyesight, I found this treatment completely unacceptable. I left without being seen and will be finding another ophthalmologist to address my eye problem. After this experience, I will not return to this office. The lack of communication, difficulty obtaining timely care, and especially the unprofessional attitude of the office staff were extremely disappointing.
