Look everyone else here was amazing but the lady up front Linnette is out of control. Got a text notification earlier this week (Tuesday) telling me to pick up my glasses (nice! - fast service, faster than the 3 weeks they said!) and headed out to RSM. Walked up to the door. "Closed. We open back up on Thursday." Nice! Amazing! 45 minutes lost and now I'll have to wait till Thursday when they open back up! super happy! Get to do it all over again, so 46 more minutes! Fast forward to the next day they're open, Thursday. Spoke with Linnette on the phone and you could just tell she don't give a shit lol She explains that she had to, lol, close the office due to training. Oh, nice, thanks for the notice! That nasal, been-through-decades-of-shitty-customer-service voice, "Well, you can come by now? We're open." and then the kicker "You can always call before you come to make sure that we're open?" Wtf? Went physically over to the place. Tried explaining to her that I was upset due to having to drive over (45 minutes round trip mind you) twice and she's like "Do they fit?" Earlier she said that the text notifications are "beyond our control." Lol. No lady, you are. What an incredibly shitty experience and such a rude employee to have to deal with. It's unfortunate as I really liked my doctor and the other staff member was nice too. Oh well. Not coming back needless to say. Update/ So the business owner apologized to me in the comments. so that's something at least... More than the person treating me with complete disrespect. read more

Very convenient to where I live and shop. The exam was very thorough. Dr. Lee was very pleasant and I loved that I could inquire about Upneeq and Qlosi. I was able to try Upneeq and decided to purchase the drops. Nanette, was very good explaining my Vision Benefits and I was excited to know I was also able to buy Sunglasses at a discount. I never leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but since the salesperson (Nannette) asked me emphatically to leave one, even though they should have known it would not be good, I will. My order was put in incorrectly and even though I knew as soon as I put on my glasses that the prescription was wrong, the first response was to wear them for a week and get used to them. After finally admitting it was wrong, the glasses were remade. Also, even with insurance I paid over twice as much as I have ever paid at my optometrist (which I always thought was premium pricing). I would never go back to Pearle or recommend anyone else go there. Update response to the response I received- saying the original glasses were made to the specifications from my doctor and needed adjustment is very misleading. I asked for distance/computer glasses and was made computer/reading glasses. That is what needed to be corrected. No one at Pearle checked or adjusted my prescription at any point. read more

Unfortunately we're going to have to look for a new vision place. The pricing has increased recently and in addition, there is a new "processing fee" of $99 for each pair of glasses you order. I asked about why this was added and there's no good reason - just a new fee! I give 5 stars for the wonderful staff and location, but only one star for pricing, so that averages out to 3 stars. Hopefully management will read this and take off the new fee and try to get prices back to a reasonable range. read more
