I did not feel cared about by either Dr. They did have a great Dr that worked here who made you feel listened to, but she now works at Lenscrafters and is out of network.

Dr. Walsh is exceptional in every way. She truly makes you feel special and that she has taken the time to get to know you and your vision needs. The testing equipment is state of the art and the Katie, the technician, takes the time to explain the process of each test and does so in a very patient and caring manner. Katie also works at the front desk and promptly welcomes with a smile every time. I truly value Dr. Grichine; she is amazing, has incredible vibes, and really understands my needs…read more I was also very grateful that this practice accepted my insurance for my Meta glasses. However, the experience with the front desk/optometric technician has been consistently uncomfortable. I have visited three times, and each time I was made to feel "stupid" for asking basic questions. Rather than being helpful, the technician would give me a stare like I was a burden, which made me feel extremely unwelcome. Beyond the attitude, the technical service was disappointing. After waiting over a month for my Metas, they arrived and rested right on my cheeks (which the sample pair didn't do). When I raised this concern, the technician dismissively told me they are "universal frames" and offered no help. It feels like the measurements taken by the optician didn't matter. Now I have to buy my own nose bridge inserts to prevent the glasses from causing acne and skin irritations. I want to continue seeing Dr. Grichine, but the lack of kindness and technical support from the staff makes it very difficult to return.
