The person who performs the initial eye tests has never introduced herself and has long orange false fingernails. At first one said they had no record of my insurance, even tho I have been a patient there for 8 years. When I asked for a paper receipt they had no clue how to print one. It is difficult talking to people about mental health because there is a stigma and people are very judgmental. Dr. Ng is very understanding, patient, empathetic, and professional. During our first visit we talked for almost an hour and I basically laid out my life story for her and the reason(s) for my struggles. I felt very comfortable talking to her as if I was talking to my sister or a friend that I trust. Alisha(Dr. Ng personal assistant/office manager) is great as well. Although I can tell she stays busy she is well organized and does a great job at getting back to people promptly. Dr. Ng front desk staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming and makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in. I feel very lucky and fortunate to have found Dr. Ng when I did. I look forward to a long and successful Doctor/patient relationship with her and her office for all of my medical needs. And I will definitely be referring my friends to her as well. 5/5.
