Malia is gorgeous inside and out - she is one of those people that you just know has a beautiful soul as soon as you meet her and she shares that energy even further through her work. I tried so many times to no avail. so I contact groupon. only after that she finally texts me back in a very poor manner. I let it go. I make the appointment and go in. she is extremely unwelcoming, didnt greet a new client, didn't say hi and just said 'close the door'. no please or anything. I go sit in chair, assuming to, and she says 'can we get this started?'. what!!! I came an hour early at her request, changing my schedule to be accommodating and she's rude rught when I walk in!! ok so she does the lashes. while doing them, and again my first time, I had a few questions. she basically tells me to shut up, making it so uncomfortable, that I was silent until she was done. she finished and I did think they looked pretty BUT ... less than 24 hours later they start falling out. so, of course I reach out to her. who wouldn't? I sent a couple texts, one which I asked her if she could fix them, and she responds saying no. like straight up. I replied just saying so I they will be like this, looking bad , for the next 2 realizing she blocked me!! blocked for asking her a couple questions? come to today, less than 48 hours later, and I wake up to 99% of the lashes gone. I text her and call but she has me blocked so I go to her website and just make an appointment. then she decides to unblock me, cancel my appointment and send me a very insulting text message. like i did something to her. I was shocked and i still am. I could not believe her message and her treatment. I have the proof of all of this! I am extremely disappointed, insulted and disgusted by her behavior. who treats a client , especially a new one, in such a poor manner? DO NOT GO TO HER!!
