She showed up about 20 minutes late and I wouldn't have been so upset if she hadn't walked in nonchalantly like nothing was wrong, with her lunch in a bag in her hand. She went to get lunch, knowing she had a client. And she wasn't even rushing in or apologetic! She just walked in, chewing her gum, and said hi like nothing! In fact she didn't listen to my request to preserve the length and continued to cut fast and sheered my hair with full scissors which left a bad mark in my hair. My hair looks awful and I am so sad that it will take a long time for it to grow as my hair grows slowly. I don't recommend this place.
