I would say it's like a 3.5. I came here yesterday for a hydrafacial and got the dermaplaning for free. I came since I had gotten a gift card to use. I saw Magdalena. I had to tell her right when I entered the room, I'm here for a 60-minute hydrafacial with dermaplaning. She was surprised it was 60 minutes. It sounded like she didn't know what I had booked. I had to tell her to wash my face before starting the dermaplaning, which is not good. I had never had any facial before where they didn't wash your face first. She said she was going to wash my face after the dermaplaning. My face wasn't clean, so I wanted her to wash it before starting. I also thought it was weird that they don't use stainless steel scalpels for the dermaplaning. It's also a small place, maybe they are more known for eyelash extensions than facials. read more

I never ever recommend this place the owner was very unorganized, I booked a lash extension appointment for my mom as a birthday gift, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The lash tech showed up 25 minutes late, we were still charged the full price. On top of that, they double-booked the tech with another client at the same time, so she didn't have enough time to properly complete the service. My mom's lashes started falling off almost after one day ,and the entire appointment felt rushed she didn't even get a full hour of service. I just had the most wonderful experience at Lashlette, Brentwood. Never been before, I booked for lash extensions and was informed I'd received a free hydrofacial. 'Nice touch for new clients' I thought. Wrong. Mitzi saw my client picture and decided I needed lymphatic drainage on my face and a facial. So not only did she give me a wonderful facial, she spent over half an hour massaging my face to relieve inflammation and fluid, educating me in the anatomy of the face (which i encouraged her to do) and which exercises to do. All this absolutely made my day, but you know what really impressed me? Not 1 person tried to sell me a package or products. And that is the reason I shall become a regular at Lashlette. The first time I tried lash extensions was for my wedding in December 2021 and got the Luxury Hybrid extensions (which look super natural and elegant btw). YANA did such an amazing job and made me look and feel so beautiful and glamorous for my big day! I've been seeing here once or twice a month since then and she's always done a perfect job - NOT EVEN KIDDING! She takes her time and makes sure that my lashes always look incredible and on point. I used to wear eyeliner every day to help my eyes pop more since my natural lashes aren't as long or thick, but I haven't felt the need to wear eyeliner at all since getting my first Luxury Hybrid set at Lashlette. Lash Lift and Tint did not work. I've been getting this service for years at various places in LA. Two days after my service here, my lashes looked like they normally do which is ridiculous for the $177 i paid. The lash tech was switching between another client and me the entire service which was much quicker than typical appointments (40 minutes here with her switching clients every 10 min vs an hour at other places). I also don't think this is hygienic to be working on two clients without gloves or washing in between. I left with some of my top and bottom lashes still stuck together because she didn't even try to clean up the product left on my eyes. Would not go back. read more

I went to another lash place in Beverly Hills and got a Lash lift, It looked great for a few days as they were completely straight up, but then they started turn-in curling in different directions. I went to Lashletteto  fix them, and they explained that although the straight up look is in style, it is not a good long term look because it hits the eyebrow bone and curls in. I was also worried about getting it done a second time that would cause my lashes to fall out. Instead my lashes look and feel so much better, they didn't do the straight up look but lifted them more naturally with a nice curl. Also they used a blue/black tint and I will definitely keep coming back for more. There is also easy parking in the back. A little hard to find but I'm glad I did! read more

I went about a month ago for brow wax and brow and lash tint. i requested dark tinting and to include bottom lashes. neither happened. it barely looked like i had any tint on my lashes. when i asked she said she did the lower. ive had my lashes done consistently over the years and she did not apply tint to them. the brows were fine. nothing special. def not dark enough and she used the tweezers too much. its very pricy and not worth it. i expressed this to the gentleman at the front desk and he tried to be helpful but at the end the day the work bel ris did was poor quality. read more
