The technician said she could do it, but the final result looked nothing like the picture. During the service, it was clear she wasn't confident with designs, as she kept asking the technician next to her for help. This is really directed to the owners, Nia and Dan, who seem to do great work and are often booked out. Unfortunately, this experience was not a good representation of your business.
