My 77-year-old mother specifically requested the advertised promotion: two pairs of progressive lenses for $195. Instead, she was aggressively pushed into unnecessary and unwanted add-ons, inflating the price to over $600!! A shocking jump from the advertised $195! After an hour and a half of standing our ground, the sales associate finally admitted he would do the "ethical thing" and honor the promotion you openly advertise throughout your store and on your website. We should never have had to fight this hard for a deal you proudly market. The experience felt predatory, manipulative, and deeply disrespectful-especially toward a senior customer. We were frustrated, disgusted, and very close to walking out.
