Greeted with a smile, easy check in as a new patient, wait time was excellent and short, Robin who took all important medical information from RX information, allergies to surgical information was excellent. Top notch care quality. Tests were done that I never ever had done. Dr. Shaheen was communicative, a good listener, reviewed all my test results. Pressure check was somewhat of a concern and prescribed a stronger eye drop to reduce the pressure in my eyes. I have to return in a month to have my pressure rechecked to see if the pressure has improved. Overall, my office visit as a New Patient was above and beyond. Peaceful environment, greeted with a smile by everyone I interacted with, thorough and excellent care, return appointment easily made. I look forward to my return appointment. R.G.

Almost everyone of them caused my anxiety to be sky high and I was not able to see as well. He talked to me and got me to relax. I was sick with covid and was in the hospital in 2021 and he would call and check to see how I was doing. I cried because I never had a doctor care so much about me. He involves me in the decision about my eye care. If I would have ever met him before I had my eye surgery I would never have had my eye surgery. But if you need somebody who understands congenital nystagmus I would highly highly highly recommend him to be your eye doctor.
