Beware - I purchased 3 Groupon Vouchers from Twinkle Eyelash which did not expire until Sept./Oct…read more When I went to use one today I was notified of new ownership and that they no longer accept Groupon Vouchers. I wish I had known that ahead of time before I had actually got my lashes done today and had to end up paying full price. When I got home I ended up arguing with Groupon for a refund for these vouchers, which was very frustrating and time-consuming. They kept saying they could not refund me because I was outside the standard cancellation window. The merchants change in ownership is outside my control and was not my fault. They did end up refunding me in the end but I should not have had to go through that. That being said, they did do a good job and were attentive, but need to be upfront regarding the change of ownership and what that means for their customers who had purchased vouchers previously.
