I wish I had known that ahead of time before I had actually got my lashes done today and had to end up paying full price. When I got home I ended up arguing with Groupon for a refund for these vouchers, which was very frustrating and time-consuming. They kept saying they could not refund me because I was outside the standard cancellation window. The merchants change in ownership is outside my control and was not my fault. They did end up refunding me in the end but I should not have had to go through that. That being said, they did do a good job and were attentive, but need to be upfront regarding the change of ownership and what that means for their customers who had purchased vouchers previously.

Now she says she's moved away, which is not the case. I've been going there for a long time, but after my interactions with the owner, I no longer want to give her any business, as much as I like the people who work there.
