I have had excellent experience with DR HOLMAN in the past 20 years with several pets ! UNTIL…read moreRECENTLY! I think she is swamped with patients, has a difficult time finding qualified assistants possibly? I took my dog in because 2 upper teeth were broken off in a dog play incident. SHE EXTRACTED SURGICALLY the 2 teeth. She also extracted the 2 Teeth below those teeth, either I did not understand that she had to do that or she decided it was best for dog? My dog recovered quickly and did well with surgery. I would like to have been more thoroughly informed! WE LOVE OUR DOG, IT COST $1100! I WAS INFORMED OF THE EXPENSE AND THANKFUL FOR THAT! ALL THAT SAID, I THINK DR HOLMAN IS A GOOD VET BUT WAY TOO BUSY AND NEEDS MORE QUALIFIED HELP!

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Holman to my worst enemy. Incredibly dismissive and negligent. We took my…read moredog to her at least 5 times over a spell of unexplained vomiting fits. Never did she conduct a fecal sample, urinalysis, or suggest more in depth screening to see what was wrong. She insisted he was fine--it was just allergies. She adamantly claimed it couldn't be cancer at all due to his age, completely ruling it out. Turns out, he did indeed have cancer. I understand vets aren't God and can make mistakes, but please don't absolutely rule something out as being possible when it in fact, is reality. What upset me the most about my interactions with Dr. Holman was how insensitively and crassly she handled euthanizing my dog. When making the appointment, I specifically asked for an end of life evaluation for my dog. I didn't think I would be told miraculously that he was perfectly healthy and euthanasia wasn't appropriate. But I just wanted to hear, one last time, from a medical standpoint that putting him down was the only humane option given his condition. Upon entering the room for our appointment, two vet techs quickly entered the room with a sedative. It felt like they were rushing the process. I didn't feel like reverence for the moment or the gravity of what we were doing was taken into account. It felt like they were rushing it so they could free up our room for the next appointment. I immediately said, "I thought we were doing an end of life evaluation first?" To which they responded that Dr. Holman was in an appointment but if we wanted to wait, she could come talk to us. I said okay. I wasn't exactly trying to rush killing my dog. Waiting was perfectly fine. This is the pinnacle of where my absolute dismay with Dr. Holman was reached. I am not exaggerating the following conversation at all. This is exactly what she said to me, as she entered the room: "I'm not sure why I need to come in here, I've seen this dog like 10 times and he's clearly unwell..." I felt her crass approach and casual dismissal of my feelings and lack of reverence for my dog was beyond unacceptable for a vet in her position. I completely regret putting my dog down with her and feel sadness that his last moments were handled so indelicately and indifferently. Eventually, she told me what I wanted to hear, that it was the only option, but she had already soiled the entire experience by the way in which she entered the room. My dog meant so much to me and I am so sad to have had to let him go. I understand vets put many animals down on a day to day basis, but that doesn't mean my dog didn't matter and was just some insignificant creature. He was my family and he deserved a much better send off, not to mention better preventative treatment from the get-go. I recommend going anywhere else but here.

I could see that someone monitors the wash station, because it was absolutely immaculate. There are great instructions and the pet wash station is super user friendly. The water is warm and comes out at the perfect pressure with the shampoo, conditioner and deodorizer coming out when you select it, right in the water spray! OMG genius! There are different choices for any level of dirty doggie. The best thing about it was the sanitizing feature to use on the station before and AFTER washing my dog. The place is priced perfectly reasonable so that any one who cares enough to wash their pet would absolutely use the sanitizing spray at the end to tidy up and wash away germs for the next pet. These people have thought of everything! We needed to change a twenty and the oil lube place was happy to make change for us. (as noted in the friendly instructions). I will absolutely be back! It looks like there's an anticipated card machine, but that's really not even necessary to me because the price is so reasonable. (no charge card necessary!) LOL
