I had every intention of coming in the following day to purchase it that I put down a $200 deposit on my credit card. Billy, the sales man and Sonia the book keeper and financial professional helped me do this seamlessly. unfortunately that evening I had a loved one come to me in an emergency and needed to borrow a good amount of funds, as a result, this left me unprepared to financially buy a car at that time. I texted Billy to make him aware of my unforeseen situation & my change in plans that I had to ask billy to please credit me back that $200 deposit. Usually nonrefundable, but billy and Sonia were very kind and considered the circumstances and refunded me anyway ! Now I don't know about you but I find that commendable and at the same time refreshing.
