So I just want to update my review I left them a couple months ago. Save your money, save you time and don't come here. They will cheat you and then block you when you ask them for anything. Initially everything was going great, we came across an issue (truck was really shakey after a certain speed and they found tires were uneven and old so they offered to replace since we had JUST bought the truck) and they were prompt to fix it. However he took it to his tire guys and they broke one of the tire nugs and left a chunk in there. I let him know what they had done and he said he'd order us a new once since it was there fault. Weeks went by and no answer so I contacted them again, apparently they ordered the wrong part so he "ordered the correct one, come back in a week when I let you know". It's been weeks and no response again. I texted him again yesterday and he blocked me!! I also haven't received my registration or plates after over two months of financing on the car which I should have by now. So I'll be contacting the dmv and an attorney to file a complaint and investigate them because they're highly unprofessional. I would like to start off by warning everyone, do not come here and purchase any vehicles from this dealer. I have to add on the fact it was my first time purchasing my first vehicle from a dealership, and words cannot express my feelings by having to return the vehicle back to them after two months of waiting for the title. It was the worst experience that I have ever been through back and forth with them, not hearing from them for weeks, unless I was the one calling them, my happiness was completely shut down and ruined from this dealership. Not only I have now a headache that has not gone away, but now I don't have the vehicle that I wanted that my fiancée specifically went out of his way to make sure I get my new vehicle before I started my new job. It was back and forth with Jerry, when he said the day we took the vehicle out, he was going to send someone to my bank with the title so they can stamp it. We were able to take the vehicle out on Jan 24, 2024. Weeks passed by with no title. I then spoke to Shawn, stating me by law it can take up to 90 days to get the title from the auction where they got the vehicle and he does not need to give me any explanations....Which is bs. I then get a phone call from Francisco on March 6, and only gives me an option to turn in the vehicle that same day and they will refund me my money back........I pass the phone to my fiancé where he gives him another option for me to go through one of there banks instead......just so they can get payed.....but how were we supposed to trust them after this when they supposedly still didn't have the title in hand. My fiancé told Francisco we will let him know after we talk to my bank because they have been waiting for two months to process this. I wasn't able to speak to my bank because of my new job as I'm in training. 3 days later, on sat March 9th he calls me, I couldn't answer, he then text messages me to tell me since he has not heard from us , we need to drop off the vehicle that day by 5....????? I was completely overwhelmed, upset, and shut down by his decision of messaging me this. Not only he threatened me if I didn't do so, they would start charging me rental charge starting the next day. He swore he wasn't threatening me, after he spoke to my fiancé. Oooooh now they are in a rush, because they want to get payed and this is not the way to do it, when I have been waiting since Jan 24, as much as my bank has also been waiting.........and mind you it has not been 90 days like Shawn stated they had that time. Monday March 11 they got their Toyota Camry XSE 4wd white with red interior back, and we got our deposit back. They are all full of it, and unprofessional/scams, mind you they posted the Toyota vehicle that same evening after we gave it back to them this past Monday. Engine sounds like it's not in good condition btw, now we know to not make any business with small dealerships like this one. The worst experience and nightmare ever. TL;DR: Scam artists. After taking a lyft from Oakland to San Jose to check out this car in "Excellent condition" we found that the front bumper had been broken and needed repair work. Dealer was "surprised" to see the bumper was damaged and agreed to $300 off for having to deal with the problem. This should have been my first warning to walk away. When we got home we discovered that we didn't have the spare keys. Called dealer, who said he would have to go look for them and would get back to us that evening. Took till monday before the keys were "found." The next day we drove up to Sacramento, and on the ride back we started smelling clutch. Just two days after purchasing the car, the clutch was dead. It had been worn down *through* the rivets, and the pad material was starting to come apart. It took less than 200 miles. We had the clutch repaired, and then had to drive back to San Jose to pick up the spare keys they forgot when we purchased the car. When confronted about the clutch problem, dealer washed their hands of it and said it's your problem. I have to admit, I'm kind of impressed with their mechanic. It takes some real skill to know a car has just enough clutch left on it to make it off the lot. I sincerely regret not taking it on the highway for a test drive :( Watch out, these guys are scam artists! read more

The car sales man told me to go buy a new car if I have a problem with the imperfections. I pointed out the scratches, dents and wheel curbs. He played dumb and acted like it didn't exist. Francisco and Sean and Maral is a load of crap. They sell fucked up vehicles. 2 days after, 2015 Toyota tundra 5.7l crew cab trd off road in black was making noise. I took it to local Clovis Toyota and yhey found bad pulley and belt. Plus a major repair which is left cam tower leaking. It's a 20hr job that costs between 3 to 5k. I tell Francisco and he refuses to believe and said if I bring the inspection, it's fake because all shops lie. I dropped car off this past Saturday and he said it will be done by Tuesday 4/20/21. I was told they will follow up Monday. No calls so I called Monday afternoon and Sean was supposedly calling the shop and will call right back. No return calls. After I spoke to my attorney, I sent Francisco a text message. He finally replied that they have a group of lawyers too. The next day 4/20/21 He message that the car was fixed. I asked for proof of repairs on cam tower. They declined to provide proof and tried to say it was the oil filter housing. I have all the text messages. I have the warranty they put in writing for engine and transmission. I have pictures and videos of the leak, plus a real inspection fron Clovis Toyota. These fuckers are fucked. They found out how much the repair was and tried to say something else.. These sleezy sales offered to mail use a check for my 13k cash I paid once we sign a document that we won't sue them. That sleezy sales Sean never sent his email so my wife had to drive 3 hrs to pick up the check.. now they have this car posted 1k more than it was posted before. Whomever buys this truck will be in bad shape. 3 to 5k to repair cam towers.. beware of auto fraud... read more

I saw Wholesale Auto Plaza (WAP) had a 2006 mercedes SL65 for sale when I was originally looking for an SL55 - I was pretty surprised to find that they where selling an even rarer more powerful SL65 in the same price range I was looking for an SL55 in - I immediately called WAP as soon as I saw it and was greeted with a friendly voice on the phone - Simon. I went the dealership at the scheduled time after speaking on the phone with Simon - Simon was a few minutes late but I was pleasantly surprised; he was slightly late because they were putting new tires on the front of the vehicle to ensure they were selling a completely beautiful ready to buy SL65. (I don't know about you but I'd gladly wait 15 minutes for a set of brand new $500 tires). Because I was so serious about purchasing the vehicle, Simon allowed me to send all my loan documentation by phone / txt / email so he could have all the paperwork ready for me after I test drove the vehicle. I was in and out in about an hour and thirty minutes and driving home with my beautiful new SL65. What I enjoyed most about both Simon and the owner is they let you enjoy the vehicle, test drive it and see if its right or you - if you don't feel like buying it - it's not a big deal to them ; they add friendliness and class to the derogatory term: "used car salesman". I read the 1 star review on WAP's YELP and honestly I have to tell you every review is of these guys helping people vs. not and let me remind you most vehicles that are used are sold "as-is" - it's the buyers responsibility to get a mechanics check and makes sure the vehicle is right for them - do your due diligence before buying a vehicle. I've purchased over 10 vehicles in the last few years and I have had the best experience with these guys here. STEEL's bullet point summary: 1. This is not a regular car dealership, these guys carry very specific hard to find models. 2. If you DONT want to feel pressured during the buying process, these guys are top notch. 3. If you like friendly, honest guys working hard to make a living (like yourself), it's a great place to buy your next car from. 4. If you are looking a car thats special with some character (AMG, M, Maserati, SRT, etc.) you should really have a stop at their lot. 5. If you want guys that work with all types of credit and make a deal work for you (hard to find) pick-up your next ride here. Came here from all the 5 star reviews...quickly to realize that all these reviews arent genuine. Texted Simon about a BMW M3 they have for sale on the lot and he said it as available still. at the time it was posted for about 32K. I texted him saying Im around the same ballpark in price and didnt want to lowball him so I can come down with 28K which was a reasonable offer (KBB value), and he quickly asked if I would be able to come down today. I said no, its already late and I will come tommarow. Before coming i wanted to confirm if the car was in good condition and had new breaks, tires, etc. he told me the car is great, its ready to drive and has new tires. Upon arrival, I came to look at the car, and there were minor scratches that were visible all around, the kidney grille originally had plasti dip on it and they didnt even peel off the remaning plasti dip to make the car look more presentable. The tires were almost completely bald. I tried pushing in some of the front and rear bumpers and it would cave in very easily, which tells me they have been replaced before. Anyways I was still gonna buy the car because I was in love with the red color combo it had. So We confirmed the price for 28K and Simon was immediately confused when I mentioned that number. He told me the car was posted for around 30-32K he had to check. I told him I have the actual texts of us agreeing. I drove about 3 hours to get here in traffic and 4 hours back home. He apologized and said he thought I meant I had an offer in the ballpark of 30K. Not sure what school he went to but I guess reading wasn't his best subject. Anyways thanks for killing a whole day of my time and lying about the condition of your car. This place seems very shady, they were very nice because that was their job but I would never buy a car from here. BE AWARE. read more
