General manager, Jay was really helpful and very understanding of my situation. He not only took care of my carpets but went above and beyond by communicating with his staff on what needs to be done. These guys were professional and got it done quickly and efficiently. Manager Faisal, Jose assisted his employees and monitored the cleaning for me. I will not go in detail what needed to be done in my car but i can tell you it was a mess and i thought i would have to replace it but no it was cleaned and looks new. With my car being new, I didn't need any interior services but requested all exterior services. Car wash uses brushes. Couldn't tell if wash exterior treatments were used or not. When it came time for drying and tire treatment, the guy waved me away without doing anything. He told us he'd put away his supplies with the storm coming. I told him I'd paid for the services so he dried the car in like 15 seconds with 1 cloth. Then I asked about the tire shine. He ran and did 1 fast swipe around each tire. Certainly wasn't a good job on either. I was super-disappointed with the service especially for the name they've given this car wash. It was more expensive than I've spent at other places and the guy didn't want to provide the services I paid for with some raindrops in the future. I found his behavior surprising given that you'd expect you might get wet working at a car wash. I'd planned to bring my son's car over but after this first experience, I won't be back. Don't waste your money at this place.

So 18 bucks to run through the machine and slap some tire shine on. It does allow you to drive around to the inside and they do have towels and very good vacuums to do the rest of the work yourself. If I knew that I had to dry my car off myself I would have just washed it at home in the driveway since that's half the job. They have some memberships here that I need to look into that involve unlimited washes but maybe if you don't have a place to wash your car it's a great deal for you but I'll either be going to the train station or just do it myself.

Unnecessary wait for nothing. If they are on break, they should go take a break somewhere else, otherwise it looks like they're just screwing around while the customers are waiting. And as usual, the car has a ton of spots, it's not thoroughly wiped down, I'm watching it and it's just not the same anymore. I know this is hard work, but it is what you do for a business. Even the windshield on the inside it's so bad. This is insane. I am done. I am canceling my membership.
