Went yesterday late afternoon for the first time. The attendant at the ordering station explained the wash option. With my car being new, I didn't need any interior services but requested all exterior services. Car wash uses brushes. Couldn't tell if wash exterior treatments were used or not. When it came time for drying and tire treatment, the guy waved me away without doing anything. He told us he'd put away his supplies with the storm coming. I told him I'd paid for the services so he dried the car in like 15 seconds with 1 cloth. Then I asked about the tire shine. He ran and did 1 fast swipe around each tire. Certainly wasn't a good job on either. I was super-disappointed with the service especially for the name they've given this car wash. It was more expensive than I've spent at other places and the guy didn't want to provide the services I paid for with some raindrops in the future. I found his behavior surprising given that you'd expect you might get wet working at a car wash. I'd planned to bring my son's car over but after this first experience, I won't be back. First and last time at Flagship. Wish I read the reviews first. I wasn't told that I couldn't vacuum out my car until after the wash. The attendant at the gate was too busy trying to sell me a membership and didn't mention it. I was told after the wash that I could get back in line and pay for a vacuum. Bought the exterior/interior deluxe wash and clean and I'm not sure what they did but their vacuum must have been allergic to nuts cause they vacuumed right around them. Any level of caring for what you are doing is non existent at this place. Been going here since it was built and through new ownership. My husband and I cancelled our subscription to Flagship for March and they and they charge us. We went down and personally talked to the manager who said he would cancel it for us but did not so we were charged in May again. "Flagship should be the new local word for "glacially, geologically slow." They appear to be utterly incapable of processing cars through their line in any reasonable amount of time. After waiting fifteen minutes (and barely moving), I got out of my car and requested a refund, only to be told that "corporate makes those decisions." Abysmal. Avoid this flagship location at all costs. The people working there don't seem to be fully aware they are working at all. The guy waving you into the wash is standing so far off to the left side you can barely see is half assed hand gesture to move forward, and if he made a gesture to stop and put your car in neutral I couldn't see it because he's standing so far off to the side. And the instruction sign they have that's supposed to light up to indicate when to stop, when to put your car in neutral, when take your foot off the brake, etc. just lights up in a loop light a marquee sign. 3/4 of the way through my wash the entire system shut down. I haven't even reached the dryers yet. Me and at least 2 other cars behind me just sat there. Then people started honking. I waited several minutes but nothing happened. I tried to call the number on my receipt but a pre recorded message played then instantly transferred you to their corporate call center. While on the phone with him I attempted to drive forward a bit but I'm clearly still on the conveyor belt thing where I'm not supposed to drive so I stopped. Finally an employee in a black shirt walks over on my passenger side, I roll my window down and he smiles and says "okay you're all done you can pull through." And I'm like wtf are you talking about!? I didn't get the full wash I just paid $25 for - I didn't even get the tire shine!? And he looks down and is like oh yeah, so he tells me just turn left and loop back around and we'll run you through again. I said cool and thanks! I drive back around, I'm trying to get into the line but no one will let me in and the car wash itself is still not running so the lines not moving. I watch as the guy in the black shirt talks to the vapid guy at the front of the wash, and from his gesturing at me he's obviously telling the guy "hey I told her to come back through again, make sure she gets the wash with tire shine that she paid for." But then this Karen in the line in some kind of gray jeep rolls her window down yelling at me and gesturing that I can cut in line and trying to get me to engage with her. Meanwhile I am still on the phone with the corporate guy who is trying to get me a voucher so I can leave and just go to the Ashburn location because the wash itself at this location has still NOT come back online. Finally the wash starts up, I tell the guy on the phone thank you but I'll just go through this wash again since it started working again. Thank you to the guy in a blue mustang that let me in line!! (Apparently you were the only one that could see my vehicle was literally still dripping wet from the first partial wash, and you were able to understand where I was coming from/what was going on) Even though the line was now slowing moving forward since the wash was operating, Karen kept screaming and gesturing - this time apparently through the passenger side at the guy while was manning the payment booth. So he eventually walks over to hear her out, then walks up to me (just as oblivious to Karen at my dripping wet car) and I explained what happened and how the guy in the black shirt told me to loop around and go back through and he said oh okay you're fine - but he never went to explain to Karen so she just kept gesturing out her drivers side window In the end yes I finally made it through the wash a second time and yes I got everything I paid for including the tire shine, but the stupid thing stopped/shutdown AGAIN 3/4 of the way through the wash before quickly restating. Hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever, ever had at a car wash. Do not recommend. Avoid this location at all costs. Also, this location does NOT have any full service - all vacuuming is self serve, and though I had originally planned to stop and vacuum out my vehicle I passed to avoid the busy body Karen who was lurking in the vacuum area. It's finally time to find a new car wash. I paid $45, including the $5 up-charge for the "third row" cleaning which I guess must be the trunk...? And they didn't clean or vacuum anything. For the premium price, you'd think they'd actually remove the crumbs, dirt, and whatever mystery debris is lurking in the cup holders--but nope! Instead, you get the exclusive experience of wondering if they even opened the doors. The floor mats? Still covered in dust. The dashboard? Wiped down with what I can only assume was a damp paper towel from someone's lunch break. And let's not forget the streaky windows that somehow look worse than before. Quick and easy service I do not understand why they have only 2.2 in Yelp . I was here needing some help cleaning my carpets for the car. General manager, Jay was really helpful and very understanding of my situation. He not only took care of my carpets but went above and beyond by communicating with his staff on what needs to be done. These guys were professional and got it done quickly and efficiently. Manager Faisal, Jose assisted his employees and monitored the cleaning for me. I will not go in detail what needed to be done in my car but i can tell you it was a mess and i thought i would have to replace it but no it was cleaned and looks new. I cancelled my 59.99 monthly membership on 8/16. I received a cancellation verification email from Flagship on the same day. On 9/7, Flagship billed me anyway. I called Flagship customer service, who verified that my membership was cancelled on 8/16 and stated they were no longer billing me. I offered to forward the banking docs reflecting the transaction. Instead they told me to fill out a refund request on their website. 24hrs later I received an email response telling me they have a NO Refund policy. I've had to contact my bank in order to correct this issue and to prevent Flagship from stealing additional funds from my account. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I came in after my daughter spilled milk on the interior carpets and they were kind enough to ozonate for free and if the milk smell was still there after the first detail, to come back for another free detail, which I did and they gave special attention to making sure I was 100% satisfied. I use Flagship for two cars--one with a higher-tier membership and one lower--but I've been consistently disappointed. The service is too slow and the results are not thorough. I always have to ask them to dress the tires properly and clean the wheels more thoroughly, which should be standard. The membership system is frustrating. The sensor rarely works, and staff almost never verify the tag. They just pick the first vehicle they see, so I constantly have to correct them and remind them which car I'm in, even though I'm paying for two different levels of service. There's nothing special about the wash itself--it's just average at best. The system is flawed, and the quality doesn't match the price. Mediocre results at a slow pace. The car wash equipment is partially broken. No receipt because the machine is down. Some of the rotating brushes weren't working. The blowers were weak and the worst part was the drying crew consisted of one man using dirty clothes to wipe greasy marks on to your car while dripping sweat onto your car as he wiped your car. I had to drive to a parking lot to try to wipe off some of the streaks. Never again. read more

Be very careful with unanticipated payments here. An employee came over to "help" me at the kiosk and signed me up for a membership without my knowledge. When I called about the problem, I got the feeling this happens a lot, and their website says you have to catch the membership charge within 5 days for them to remove it, which is an incredibly suspicious practice. My car had dried soap spots all over it where the soap had dried waiting in line for the interior/exterior cleaning. No one bothered to wipe down my car. I appreciate the ease and convenience of getting a complete external car wash on Catoctin Circle in Leesburg. Very quick with great results. You pay for the service and convenience of being done in 10 minutes compared with doing it yourself at home. The mess and time is worth the avoidance. MOST importantly the trustworthiness of the staff is IMPRESSIVE! I forgot I stashed $80 in my console. Very disappointed! Used to be the best car wash in the world, but Service Quality and Efficiency has damn near bottomed out under the new leadership. Will not be back. Why did you change something that was working so well? The automatic machines were installed but still needs an employee to work them. This is crazy. The wash seems to use half the amount of soap the previous owners used and the attitude of your staff is rock bottom, can only assume it's morale under the new poor leadership. read more

This company is really shady when it comes to canceling. There is no mechanism for refunds. That should tell you a lot. Then if you want to cancel, you have to do so 5 days before your next billing. Additionally, the account management software is REALLY difficult to use, and I work in technology. Otherwise, I think they do a fine job cleaning at this location (not great, but decent). Flagship has created a local monopoly by purchasing most of the car washes in the area. Like many car washes these days, they push the membership for unlimited washes. Even though many customers are displeased with their experience, flagship will still keep many coming back because it's one of the few local options. Compared to the previous Station Auto Wash, Flagship uses inferior chemicals/supplies and provides less service for interior cleanings. The previous owners prioritized quality and customer satisfaction. Flagship prioritizes cost per car. As a result, the exterior wash is far worse and the interior services are rushed. Even if Flagship brings in fewer customers, they will turn a greater profit. The "Flagship" business model is how most car washes across the country stay in business and survive (hate to say it). This location is still the best Flagship location to visit. Though Flagship has built and renovated other facilities, Leesburg still has the core setup and infrastructure that made the Station Auto Wash great. Over time, the ship will sink and all locations will produce equally subpar results. You can still use Flagship to your advantage. The membership is great. This option wasn't previously offered. But... it's only great if you ACTUALLY visit the wash that often. 100% DO NOT be talked into it by an employee. When in doubt, get the basic wash. Over a year into the purchase of this location, they are still displaying a white board at the entrance which directs customers to each lane. As a result, the express lane for members is slowed down by non-members. Cashiers no longer check truck beds, ride height, etc. We now run the risk of dirty truck beds going through the tunnel. I recently watched a missed truck stopped IN the tunnel. The driver got out and removed a large box while the tunnel was stopped for 5 minutes. The new ownership has added new, low quality signage that explains ALL of the things they are not responsible for. This includes wipers, bug shields, antennas, and essentially anything on the exterior of your car. They have also kept the original Station signs that label the location as a "Top 50 Car Wash" in the country. This is false advertising. read more

Private equity cuts corners shortens time to complete and leaves customers with a poor service. They only benefit the rich. Been here twice recently with a poor cleaning job.
