I've been going here over a year and I've only had good experiences. I usually get my shirts/sweaters dry cleaned here and I also got a dress altered before. The place is neat and clean and the lady there is so nice. My clothes always come back crisp and clean. As for the alteration, it was pretty good. The prices are a little more than elsewhere but I only go because of their coupons. They always have coupons for clothes and alterations and it keeps me coming back! Plus it's super close to home. Things take at least 2 days to clean but I wonder if they do overnight cleaning. read more

This place has been spot-on every time I've been there. They offer exceptional service at what I consider a reasonable price. I dropped off a tuxedo and two dress shirts at Noon and needed them all cleaned next day. They had it ready by 8:30 the next morning! The staff is all very friendly. In-house alterations from 9am-1pm, and all the staff can do basic measurements and pinning after 1pm. I highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business. read more

Pet peeve at dry cleaners: When they "forget" to get the stains out of clothes you take to them and ask for you to come back to pick it up 4 days later. New pet peeve: When they loose your husbands $60 shirt, tell you they will call you by the end of the day to let you know they found it, and it should be ready by Friday. Didn't get a call until the following Saturday, explaining that they had "sent the shirt to our other store and misfiled it" but that it was ready for pick up now. To top it all off, they were unable to get the spots out of the shirt, and then suggested that I had done something to make the stain set (i only rinsed it in cold water) because they were able to remove the same food stains out of the pants but not the shirt. I suggested that perhaps since they had dry cleaned the shirt the first time without treating the stains it had caused the stain to set, but of course "that wasn't the problem." Oh, and after all of that, it wasn't even complimentary. I paid $5.25 for them to miss the stain, set the stain, and return the shirt to me along with some crappy service. Needless to say, don't entrust your clothes to them. read more

i'[ve only had one item cleaned here - but i was pleasantly surprised when i got it back today with $50 i'd left in one of the pockets.

I've had mostly good service at the Pasadena location and the ladies are always super nice, but this past week left me with the sad decision to never take my cleaning/mending here again. The last two times I've dropped items off, the stains that were clearly marked were not removed the first time. I had to make another trip back to get them cleaned again. Kind of a waste of time. THEN, I dropped off a dress that needed cleaning and sewing repair and told them I needed it by the next Friday for an upcoming weekend event - when I arrived to pick up the dress the following week, it was wrapped in plastic and hanging up and had not been touched. I was told upon picking it up that the "dress could not be fixed, and therefore could not be cleaned." Why on earth was I not called, then? I have been a customer here for four years - they have usually called in the past if there's been a delay or an issue. But for it to sit there for almost two weeks when they knew it was needed by a certain date, and to not call me once to notify there was an issue, it could not be fixed, etc.? And to not even ask if I still wanted it cleaned - just wrap it in plastic and hang it up like it's ready to go..?? Inexcusable. A smile and a "sorry" doesn't really help at that point. I'll be looking for another cleaner now. A bummer - I used to love this place. read more

I used EZ cleaners to have curtained sown together to cover a very large window....I noticed when picking up the curtains they did not line up the pattern. When I asked about the pattern not being lined up they said that would cost extra. I was pretty disanointed, I would consider lining up the pattern just common practice for doing a good job.
