I've tried this place 4 times now and my dry cleaning has NEVER been ready on time. Poor timing and inconsistency has got to be 2 of the WORST traits to have in the dry cleaning business. I love the planet, and really liked the idea of an environmentally responsible dry cleaners, but after a week and a half and 2 failed attempts to collect my clothes, I'm forfeiting my 3 shirts and taking the loss. I'm heading back down the street to my friendly neighborhood, toxic dry cleaner, that has never failed me. Sorry kids, Earth may not be around when you're older, but at least I'll get my laundry back on time. read more

Came in to do a fluff and fold for the first time. Waiting for my new washer and dryer and the house so I thought this was a perfect idea. I told Dan my clothes are very causal, but I want all jeans to by dry cleaned. I take deep care for my clothes--- and I like to sustain the color of the black denim I own to increase the longevity of the jeans. After picking up my clothes and realizing there were multiple jeans in the load and he disregarded my request. Now I have 3 pairs of jeans ($200+) each that are completely washed of the color and shrunk to the point they could fit a child. I called him the next day very frustrated. He told me there was nothing he could to do fix this issue. I will never do fluff and fold again, or attend this establishment. They don't understand the meaning of customer service but have no problem taking your money. Thank you Dan for the horrific service and ruining clothing pieces that had a lot of meaning behind them. read more

WORST Experience EVER! I am appalled at how I was treated by the man who works here. He actually CUURSED at me and said f$@& you! His aunt or mother came out apologizing profusely to me and screaming at him to go in the back. But he kept yelling and cursing and calling me names. I was shocked! He was so incredibly rude and when I told him I would be leaving a yelp review he lost it. I then told him he lost a customer and he said "you weren't a big customer anyways". I then said "but my mom is and don't for a second think my mom would still bring her business to someone who treated her daughter the way you have". My mom then comes in after waiting in the car and hearing the noise and she can not believe the level of UNPROFESSIONALISM. My mom and I have been coming here since I was a child so decades, back when it was owned by another family. We never had any problems with the old owners. Well, they sold the dry cleaners a few years ago and service has gone down. There's literally another dry cleaners 3 streets over. Do yourself a favor and go there. There's no reason why you should be cursed at and yelled at by a shop just because they're upset you're going to write an unpleasant review. And I would not have written even half as bad a review as I am now. They also lost our 2 neighbors who were customers after we told them what happened. There are sooooo many dry cleaners in the area. Why give business to an a$$hole. read more

I was in need of a cleaners that was open till 7:00 pm due to my work schedule. The location is not near my residence however it is in route to where I meet my wife for Sushi every Friday after work so I gave them a try. My first interaction with Dan (Owner) provided me a real sense that my business is important to him and my clothes would be well cared for. When I dropped off my first batch of clothes to be cleaned we had a discussion on how I wanted my starch so he suggested that I allow him to do a few shirts using medium starch and a few heavy starch and then decide what worked best for me. In addition their are extra details such as a small plastic piece that supports the collar at the upper button area while being hung in your closet and in addition he uses a plastic clip that holds your long sleeves neatly flat across the front of your shirt so they are not wrinkled when they are ready to be worn. So far I have been extremely pleased with the quality of their cleaning, the service and the interaction every time I visit the store. Dan is a good dude and hope to be doing business with him for a very long time. read more

I've tried several dry cleaners in the area and no one else cleans better than nature's cleaners. I had my shirt cleaned at some other place and it came back with a spot and a note that "that is the best they could do". Nature's cleansers took that spot out in one cleaning. I'm sold and I'm never changing my cleaners again. Ironing is also better than other places. Vartan is the owner and he provides great customer service. The turn around time is little longer than other places but I've enough shirts to keep it going for a while, and I would take quality cleaning over fast turn around.
