I did so again a couple days later...and again never heard back. I called a third time, and learned that the first two people hadn't even recorded the message - there was no record of it in my chart or anywhere else! Additionally, I am bombarded with advertisement emails, which you cannot unsubscribe from, because it would also unsubscribe you from appointment reminder emails. This feels like a very predatory practice for a doctor's office, especially one primarily aimed at an older audience. It feels incredibly money-grubby. Dr. Johns is incredibly helpful, but I cannot recommend the practice due to the administrative staff, who are sometimes unhelpful to the point of being actively counterproductive. All 3 of the stars I am giving are for him alone.

I would choose to have my blood drawn here over any other lab I've ever been to in my 40+ years on this earth.

They are incredibly prompt (much appreciated since I'm normally fasting and HANGRY when I arrive.) The best thing for me is that these folks know what they are doing. I have tiny veins and they never struggle with the draw. Results are typically done within two days and if you sign up for their portal, you'll get an alert when it's ready. Bonus is there is a Starbucks in the Safeway too so you can go straight to breakfast!!

I had breast cancer in 2020 and part of my follow up care is bloodwork that can detect cancer markers. It's a mail in kit and having it done at Any Lab Test Now is the most convenient way to handle it every four months. Today was my first visit to this location and Lisa took care of me so well.
