Almost $5 for this?
Bill O.

The flavors and topping choices were good. Quite a selection although not many that appealed to me, usually I'm easy to please. They offer samples of all the soft serve options which I found very helpful. I found my flavor and partially filled my container. I was going light today and figured the price would reflect that, I was wrong. For about the same volume as a small blizzard it cost almost $5. While the quality is decent be aware of how much you're putting in your cup. It doesn't take much to experience sticker shock here.

Build Your Own Frozen Yogurt

Afford frozen yogurt that is refreshing on a warm summer day. Endless toppings including candy, granola, and fruits. Don't forget to purchase a water!

Milk tea blended with boba
Sheri C.

I wish I read Alex's review before ordering. Got the blended milk tea with boba--it is disappointing. The blended part is ok, which is why I gave two stars. The boba on the other hand, not great in texture or flavor. The service was wonderful though! Quick and friendly!

I didn't even know this was here! So yummy and close to me! Clean inside and friendly staff! It's right in front of Michael's.

They were open. That's about the only plus. The yogurt was not good and the toppings were stale.

They have good service, some of best frozen yogurt I've had, and the boba is good too.

The mushrooms were quite good and the burger was solid. My son had the cheeseburger basket with fries. I tasted some of his fries and they were very good. The board menu is a bit confusing. The area that describes the basket/meal deal is not as prominent as it could be. Moreover, the cashier told us that if we wanted to eat outside on their picnic tables, everything would come in a bag to go, but if we wanted our food in a basket we had to eat inside. It was a nice night and I was interested in eating outside on their tables. Why can't I take my basket outside? Are they afraid I will run off with it? I didn't press the cashier on this and just followed the rules and ate inside but it struck me as a silly rule. Overall, a minor complaint.

I've wanted to like Mike's Drive-In because it's a local institution, but after years of visiting,…read morethey still seem to have the same recurring problem: they can't consistently get a simple custom order right. Yesterday I stopped in with my daughter and her best friend for Sunday lunch before a movie. We ordered three burger baskets and three milkshakes, and the bill was nearly $60, which is about what I'd expect these days. At that price, though, I also expect accuracy. Ordering wasn't complicated, yet we stood at the register for around 10 minutes while the cashier struggled to enter the order. The only customization on my burger was a double cheeseburger with two slices of American cheese on each patty (four slices total), bacon, and extra vegetables. I've had problems here before with them substituting cheddar instead of American cheese, and unfortunately it happened again. When my burger arrived, it had only one slice of cheese and the extra vegetables were missing. The bun was barely toasted and appeared to have been run through a conveyor toaster instead of being grilled on the flat top. The fries were ordinary frozen fries, and the tater tots weren't anything memorable either. To be fair, they have improved one thing over the years by switching to fresh beef, and that's a noticeable step up. The burger has the potential to be very good if the kitchen paid closer attention to the details. Since we were hungry and on our way to a movie, I didn't ask for the burger to be remade. I simply showed it to the employee at the counter and explained that it wasn't what I ordered. She asked if I wanted it remade, but because we were short on time I asked if they could instead provide a gift card for a future visit. After we finished eating, she told me she'd spoken with the manager, who was working the grill. Their solution was to offer me a $1 gift card. A one-dollar gesture on a nearly $60 order after serving the wrong burger doesn't communicate that customer satisfaction matters. Mistakes happen. What keeps customers coming back is how those mistakes are handled. I genuinely want to support local businesses, but after repeatedly receiving the wrong cheese on my burger and then being offered a $1 gift card to make it right, I left disappointed. I hope management focuses not only on food quality but also on order accuracy and customer service. I'm not suggesting that people shouldn't go to Mike's. This is an attempt to help them improve their business and the experience that I have next time. Thanks for listening.
