Food- can't review as we didn't order a waffle. Drink- We ordered the Tiger Brown Sugar Milk Tea & a Fruity Slush with Strawberry. The drinks are pretty good! I'd recommend those. Price for both drinks $14.30... that seems kinda high. Service- I'd say it was ok. The shop looks like it's run by local college audits. They were alright with recommendations for my kiddo. Ambiance- the hype is way more exciting from their Instagram. It looks all "magical" but it was low key just mediocre. I'm not quite sure I'd visit again as the overall staff just aren't that exciting or talkative.

Soft opening this weekend and was so excited to check it out! I've always been eyeing monster tea and their exciting concoctions. They have taken up shop where the shave ice used to be and I hope they do amazing. Their staff were extremely friendly and patient as our family of 4 made up their minds. O went for lychee slushee with boba, E got a strawberry shortcake, A was super excited to have coffee choices and got an Ube coffee and pudding, and I got the make your own matcha with mango. The drinks came out quickly and they were so good! O loved the slushie. E cried as we pried the strawberry shortcake from her for the car ride home. A finished his before we even loaded into the car. And I loved the mix of mango with matcha which I had never had before! I can't wait to go back to try more flavors! I definitely want to get the musubi and bubble waffles next time too!

I was looking forward to trying their boba from the day they opened. While it did not disappoint, I could imagine that if you were not familiar with boba, you could have been very confused. For the average consumer, I feel there should be more instructions or perhaps the counter staff could be more forward with their help.

Soft opening hours for this weekend!

Grateful to have a boba place next door to a Kumon! Feels like the Bay Area vibe, they've got different slushee flavors along with crazy sweet options like Oreo and a spicy version that tastes like Mangoes and Tajin. Overall, fun place to go and tasty options. Also, spam!!

Yummy! And the worker was so nice and helped me decide what to get. I will definitely go back. The inside was cute too. Only not great thing, is the maps don't really take you to the right place.

Easy location to find with plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered a Ube Coffee with boba and a salted caramel boba tea with a waffle /honey. The salted caramel was ok, but enjoyed the Ube coffee. The honey waffle was on the flakey side so different than what most bubble places sell. Still quite good, reminded me of a croissant in waffle form. Next time I will try the Oreo frozen boba. I saw someone order that and it looked yummy!

We wanted to try this place since it was new and we are fans of bubble tea. I was disappointed with the flavors. Practically all of the flavors are syrup based. We ordered 3 drinks and all of them did not turn out well. I ordered the original milk tea and asked for 25% sweetness and it was overly sweet. I can't image what 100% would have tasted like! The boba was hard, seemed like undercooked or possibly refrigerated. Yuck! My kids got the chocolate milk and mango slush. Both of them took a sip and couldn't finish. The chocolate milk was hot. Should have put more ice. The mango slush was made with syrup and not real mangos. Didn't taste good. The reason for two stars is the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. I hope the owners read these reviews and do something about it. I really support having another bubble tea shop in LO and hope this will be successful.

We've already decided we're coming back to try more of their drinks.

We can't wait to come back and try more of their drinks!!!!!! The girls working today were so friendly, helpful and kind. My daughters loved the Harry Potter theme.

Such a cute themed boba shop! They didn't have the entire menu posted outside so I was shocked when I went inside to see an entire list of HP themed drinks. Overall really cute and the boba is pretty good for Portland (used to Bay Area boba)

Eclectic vibe. I ordered the honey bubble waffle and boy was it delicious. It was light and airy, not dense like a Belgium waffle. The flavor was sweet but not too sweet. The best part was the crispy outside with a chewy inside, but not doughy like it had been uncooked. The texture resembles a croissant. 10/10 recommend!!! Would rate this a 4.5 stars instead of 5 stars because the honey is messy and sticky but don't let that deter you from ordering one.

Consistently good bubble tea, they update their menu seasonally to add some new items. Their matcha is good but I would use a lower sweetness next time. I get it with oat milk!

It's super cute and delicious. The service was fast and great, great place to get boba

Good boba tea...great selection and I don't drive to Beaverton or Portland for Boba now. Yeah

I felt compelled to write this after seeing some reviews that really don't reflect my experience…read morehere at all. Morse is a small, locally owned shop run by a husband-and-wife team who are there every day, working incredibly hard. This isn't a corporate chain with rotating staff -- it's two people doing everything themselves, and they care deeply about their business. I've been coming here regularly, and what I see is consistency, quality, and pride in what they serve. The coffee is intentionally crafted and thoughtfully sourced -- it's not meant to taste like mass-produced chain coffee. If you appreciate well-roasted, specialty beans, you'll understand the difference. As for the "energy" or "smiling" comments -- I think sometimes people expect over-the-top hospitality that feels more scripted than genuine. What you get here is authenticity. They run a tight, efficient shop, and they maintain clear boundaries about outside drinks and seating during busy times. That's not rudeness -- that's protecting a small business with limited space. I've seen them keep the shop clean (yes, sometimes that means you'll smell cleaning products if they're sanitizing -- which I personally appreciate). I've seen them manage crowded mornings calmly. I've seen regulars greeted warmly. Running a small business six days a week is no small feat. They deserve support, not nitpicking over perceived tone or misunderstandings. If you value small businesses, high-quality coffee, and owners who take pride in what they do, this place is absolutely worth visiting. I'll continue to support them and encourage others to do the same.

We got a few to go and my favorite was definitely the spicy sausage. The cream cheese danish was also phenomenal. The eggs inside were also super soft and not over cooked. I do wish they had a slightly bigger menu, while there were a number of kolaches, it really seemed to just be different combinations of egg, cheese, and some breakfast protien (sausage, bacon, etc.). So one is just egg, then another is egg and cheese, another is sausage, egg, and cheese, then just sausage and egg, etc. All the different combos make it seem like there's a lot, but the real flavor options didn't vary a ton. But I will 100% be back, as it's a great grab and go breakfast options that's super delicious.
