Out of all the bakeries I contacted, Leslie was the only one who responded promptly, honestly, and with true professionalism. That alone gave me confidence, but her warmth and attention to detail made the experience even more special. She walked me through everything with patience and clarity, offering ideas and suggestions that really helped bring my vision to life--even from hundreds of miles away.
