Terrible company. My experience was from several months back but decided to write a review now. I emailed them for a quote and got a response from Tracy, the owner, with pricing and more details. I was interested in their taco and margarita machine package which was much cheaper than any other catering company I talked to. This one was probably too good to be true. I emailed back wanting to book them and received no response. I waited a week or so and emailed another couple of times with no responses again. Eventually I gave up and still haven't heard from them since. What a joke of a company. read more

We reached out on a whim just a week from our event and Tracy was able to accommodate us on short notice and was very responsive to our questions and requests. The worst. I emailed a request and was sent back a nicely detailed quote. Immediately after that I was sent an email stating that they googled my house and realized there are stairs (there are not) so they could not deliver the machine due to the owner being unable to get the machine up stairs. I totally get it but I don't have stairs. Soooo I emailed her back immediately and explained that there was a straight shot in the backyard through the garage and NO stairs. ZERO RESPONSE. I sent about three very kind emails afterwards asking about the quote that was given and reiterating that there were no stairs. ZERO RESPONSE. I wouldn't give them business if they were the last rental company available. Complete disrespect. read more

This is my review from June 29th 2013. Hired their taco service for my twins birthday. Sadly their food was not good. The meat was dry, the salsas were horrible no taste. We also had hot dogs and were not great either. There was great communication reserving the party date. But, definitely should schedule a tasting before booking them. read more

I talked to Celso, her partner, to confirm the date and food order few days before my party, he confirmed everything and told me his daughter Stephanie would be the person that was coming to work at my party. Tracey is the BEST! Super professional, super personable. I called her one afternoon as she was on her way outta town for an annual girls trip to Vegas and she promised to get back to me when she was back in town to work out the details for my pending vow renewal as I was desperately looking for an all you can eat taco bar & MARGARITAS!!!!! She did an absolutely fantastic job from the first point of contact, lots of emails and phone calls back and forth. The margarita machines were very reasonably priced, and the all you can eat taco bar quote was phenomenal, the best quote I had received and believe me I called lots of "taco guys". I actually did not end up using her for the all you can eat taco bar, (because the venue I had my vow renewals at already had an in-house taco guy) BUT I was able to finagle the venues in-house taco guys to drop their price a few hundred dollars for their all you can eat taco bar, because I said I have found another taco company that gave me a better quote. So in that sense Tracy saved me about $300.00. :) The Margaritas were TO DIE FOR! I had my vow renewals at a Brewery, so its safe to say there was tons of beer to be had, but I drank ONLY the margaritas the entire night! AND NO HANGOVER THE NEXT DAY!! HAHAH. I had 2 machines I rented, one for the adults and the other for the children. Both machines we had for about 7 hours, and it was the perfect amount. Every one was very happy and raved about the margaritas, I will defiantly be renting from her again. read more
