We had storm damage, they patched a leak same day and got on the roof mid-weather to help us out. David also documented everything and took plenty of pictures so we knew exactly what it looked like before and after the repair. Their attention to detail remedied the leak immediately. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. On the fifth day of this three to four day job, they finally were able to almost finish the job late into the evening, resulting in me not being able to have the plumber there early to fix a pipe that they busted. ($400.00 extra). The last member of the contracted team said he would wait for the plumber to finish and he would get the hole buried. As it was already getting dark, he decided to head home and said to have the foreman call him tomorrow and he would come back out to bury the hole. I contacted the supervisor on Saturday and told him that all that was left was a large crack in the driveway that needed to be filled in and the large hole left by the crew. He said that the hole was not his problem and it needs to be filled in by the plumber and he would do nothing about the crack. It has now been over a week and I still have a large hole in the front yard and a pretty significant crack in the driveway. If you want excuses and apologies than this is definitely the company to use. If you want a professional job than I would suggest another company.

Coordination of delivery was easy and he took care to place the dumpster as close to my work area as possible in a tricky spot.
