Dustin promptly got me on the schedule. Austin then came out to verify everything and help make sure I had the materials I would need. The team always communicated very well. Made sure I knew when they would arrive and any impacts to the timeline, which included keeping me posted on shipping delays of our shower pan. Austin came in and on the first day, made sure to lay down tarps and other floor protection as needed to protect the parts not under construction. He made sure he understood my vision for the tile and then went to work. He dealt with common remodeling issues, like a slightly out of plumb wall, very well.
