I initially called the Honda dealer in Estero and did not like anyone I spoke to there. A friend of mine has an Acura and suggested I call Scanlon. So glad I did. I initially called and spoke to someone, but for whatever reason he told me someone else had to call me back to make an appointment, but never did. My friend told me to make an appointment online which I did. My service rep was Jose. Excellent customer service! No pressure, respectful and very professional. They had to order parts since they don't carry Honda parts. Rather than bring my car back and deal with my car potentially not starting and wait again, Jose set me up with a loaner for 4 days. Very much appreciated. Luckily, only one part had to be replaced which cost 40% less than it could have been. As I said, they didn't try to take advantage of me. They didn't force the inspection on me, I always decline anyway because dealers always find something. And washed my very filthy car! I think they may washed extra. Lots of bugs-long drive from Chicago, plus it was not clean to begin with. Anyway, if you have an Acura or even a Honda, definitely go to Scanlon!! Ask for Jose!

The sales process felt more focused on closing the deal than addressing my questions and concerns. The dealership has a nice showroom and a decent selection of vehicles, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. However, customer service after the initial interaction left a lot to be desired. I expected a smoother, more transparent experience from an Acura dealership. Hopefully they improve their communication and put more emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Had AAA tow car to Scanlon Alexis. The dealership worked me into a busy schedule and provided a loaner car. They were able to reverse the effects of the contamination. I am handicapped and one of the staff (Paul) helped me out if the tow truck and climbed on the truck bed to get my walker out of the car. Above and beyond!

However, the company was recently sold and things have really changed; and not for the better!! We recently took our new 2026 Lexus to Ft. Myers Lexus to fix a problem with the windshield wipers. We were told by the Service Advisor and the Service Manager that we caused the problem and that the repair would not be covered under warrantee. During the discussion we were treated very unprofessionally by the Service Manager. He was rude, belittling, and outright obnoxious to us. We contacted Lexus Corporate and they were very responsive. They directed us to take the car to a different dealer for evaluation. That dealer quickly diagnosed the problem and advised us that it was a result of a known factory defect. Because there have been so many failures we are currently waiting for the part(s) to become available. We couldn't be happier with Lexus Corporate. We have owned Lexus vehicles for at least 15 years and we have always been extremely happy with the Lexus dealerships, including what is now Ft. Myers Lexus. We have now heard from others about difficulties they have recently experienced at that dealership. So we will continue to purchase Lexus vehicles but we will never go to that dealership again!

Keith Banks, our Sales Professional, was upbeat, personable and knowledgeable. He helped my son find a vehicle with the main options he wanted (4WD/8 Cyl), and the dealership was motivated to sell, working with us on our trade-in, or wearing us down with numbers. Mark, the finance guy was equally helpful and respectful - no pushing add ons for protection, warranties, etc. Besides the people all being genuinely friendly and happy, the showroom has free wifi, is beautiful and comfortable (important if you are in there waiting for your car to be serviced). This has been the easiest and happiest car buying experience I have had.

They really try hard to please their customers. The owner, Lewis/Luis was great and every time I had to go back there, I was treated well and saw that they do that to everyone. The finance manager, Yurkis, was super and works his heart out for customers. The whole experience was a good one even though I had to go back 5 times (for various reasons). My ONLY complaints are with the "mechanic" and having to pay nearly $150 to pick up the final license plates which we thought were included in the price. Tiny parking lot and tiny office next to the big Batteries sign. Overall, this seems like a good place to get your next vehicle and they speaks many languages to appeal to a wide variety of customers. I would buy here again!

It was difficult getting a cashiers check and moving money around. But after 5 days or so, I was able to purchase a super reliable Toyota Sienna with very low mileage for a 2005, at a great price. They were very honest, I never felt pressured, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in dealing with everyone here.
