I took my car to Ziebart in Fort Myers, Florida, and this is by far the best service and most professional detail shop I have ever used, and I have used many. I texted their website after hours when they closed, and within about 5-10 minutes, Vinny called me and booked me for the following day. Their shop manager, Nico Calabrese, is awesome. I usually don't post comments, but when someone exceeds my expectations as they did, I wanted to share my experience because, in today's world, it is very uncommon to get such great service and be blown away by the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I had them detail it inside and out. I also had a few scratches and rock chips that they took care of. I brought a bottle of touch-up paint I got from BMW, and they touched up the spots, buffed it out, applied Z-Gloss Ceramic Paint Coating, and fixed them to perfection. There is absolutely no trace of the scratches or chips. I also had them tint the windows with their Ziebart IR NCP - Infrared Nano Ceramic Performance Series Window Tint, and they look awesome! This product was also designed to block out the sun and keep the car cooler, and there is no doubt it does what they claimed after I tested it by parking in the full Florida summer sun. When I got in the car, it was so much cooler than before having it done. My car had BMW factory-tinted windows, but they didn't do much to keep the interior from getting hot. I was concerned that going with a darker tint would make things look too dark when driving, especially at night, and it doesn't at all. During the day, sunglasses are not needed anymore. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I wanted a quote for Rhino liner for my truck. Nico called me to get some basic information and then gave me a quote with a follow-up email. There was no pressure and I emailed back and set an appointment. When we went to drop off our truck we realized that they also do tint. This was my first time working with Ziebart in Florida. I moved here from upstate NY and wanted to get my windows tinted to cut down on the amount of sun I am exposed to while driving around. In the end, I also wound up getting the ceramic coating on my car. The dealer made a really good point that getting the coating done on the paint to protect it from the sun is like getting the undercoating to protect it from the salt up north.
